“Not bad...a genuine company so dont believe all the reviews that state its a scam...though customer service may need improvement and they need to change their mailing company and not use Royal Mail...other than that goods came well packaged. 👍🏻”

“Wish I had read the reviews on here and elsewhere before ordering from this company. They are an absolute bunch of immature crooks. It would appear they are only interested in taking your money and once they have that they don't give a toss. They are too busy thinking they are 'cool' on social media to actually bother with delivering any form of customer service. What they need to do is grow up and treat their customers, the people who provide their income with some respect. They lie, fob you off with excuses and appear to take the view that once it leaves them it's not their problem. The only telephone number available is for their shop where IF they answer the phone you just get a disinterested and half-hearted response absolving themselves of any responsibility. They direct you to their customer service email which is mostly ignored or receives an automated bot response from 'Emma Lackey' a made up person with a name that they clearly think is funny which is a generic copy/paste reply that completely ignores your query. They limit comments on social media and ignore attempts at contact there although much quicker at responding to a negative Google review but even that was just more copy/paste ignoring the key fact here that they lied. I ordered on the 10th and was told that my order had been despatched by Royal Mail on the 12th but then received a despatch confirmation from them on the 19th. I immediately contacted them to request it was sent by courier rather than Royal Mail and I was again told it was sent on the 12th. Then Royal Mail tracking showed it had been despatched on the 19th so they lied and despite my contact and despite knowing the chaos being caused by the strikes they still sent it by Royal Mail.”

“This is a shameful, pathetic and absolutely useless company that quite simply should not be trading. The negative reviews all follow a similar pattern, customer orders an item, money is quickly taken from account, sales order e-mail arrives and item is either not dispatched, sent via a tracked service and never arrives or items are returned and no refund is issued. How this company is allowed to trade is beyond me and I will be reaching out to trading standards and let them read all the reviews in the hope that they enforce some action. My item of clothing was paid for, I received a confirmation e-mail and then radio silence, even though I called them countless times and had no response back from the e-mails I sent. The term 'Cowboys' is an understatement and if I could provide ZERO STARS I would. For anyone reading these comments, for your sanity, stay clear of this company.”

“If there was no stars they would be getting it. Sent a return back for exchange absolutely diabolical customer service . They have had my money sitting on it . Not giving to hoots about a exchange. Will be contacting card provider to pursue”

“I was extremely nervous ordering because of negative reviews but ordered a holubar coat from here at excellent price, which was out of stock everywhere else. I paid with pay pay just incase of any issues but no need to have worried because I am very happy! I’ve received my coat on the day they said it was estimated, 3 working days (over xmas period too) was delivered with DPD and had excellent communication with company and shipping notifications. Not returning as excellent quality and sizing so can’t comment on that but would recommend this company and will use again 👍🏻”

“This company are disabling comments on Facebook, deleting all bad feedback and blocking accounts who post bad feedback, because so many people are complaining they're not refunding them after returning items, or they're not posting them at all then ignoring people's messages asking where they are. I'm at 1 month and counting now, they're refusing to refund me, ignoring all my emails and I'm £380 out of pocket. They are claiming the courier they paid for 'lost' my parcel and instead of tracking the package are refusing to refund me. I will keep posting til you refund me! I can't believe the morals of this company. Please avoid buying from them. Buy direct!”

“Placed an order of an item showing as in stock. No dispatch email after 2 working days so emailed customer services which they replied with a blank email and my original order confirmation. Emailed back questioning the response and I mentioned the torrent of bad reviews recently, this time a got a response to be told my order was out of stock and processed a refund. Sort yourselves out. Shouldn't take 5 days to tell a customer somethings "run out" of stock.”

“Once ordered napapiijri jacket from workingclassheroes, cost 130£. They send by royal mail 48. This jacket never came to me, money either. Try to find out what happened. I contact workingclassheroes They said that the order was received by royal mail, and now I have to talk to them. Well, I go to the post office, and spoke with the working staff. They said that this order was delivered.I told them that it's not. They said they can't help me, just given me meneger phone number. Alright I called meneger of royal mail . I spoke to her half hour .She said that she gonna spoke with royal mail worker which one have delivered my order . Alright ,and then this man sais to her ,that he left for neighbors my order . But I didn't get any information of that ,of course . I go to neighbors ,which one he said that he left for them. She told that's it's not true. She was mad on royal mail ,that they laid about that. And she called them and said that is no true . After all royal mail told me ,they can't help me ,and they cant give me money back ,becouse order was received by someone ,or by royal mail worker which one stolen it. And I can't do nothing about that,becouse tracking showing that's it received but it's not, and I can't make claim ,anything ,becouse any paper has left of that order that royal mail worker left it for neighbors . Totaly upset about how people doing them job. Just want to tell for others my experience ,that be careful with online shopping .never know which person gonna get that to deliver for you.”

“Refused to assist with a refund, refused to provide customer services telephone number, refused to provide details on how to make a formal complaint. I required assistance with a refund due to a returned item. Employee dealing with the emails were obstructive, unhelpful, unsympathetic. Due to not being able to advance passed email communication and find someone that is prepared to help, I have now lost £85. I will definitely not use this company again, and would not recommend. I’m sure they are fine until you require any assistance with a purchase or refund.”

“I was concerned about a negative review but spoke to Joe in their Ulverston shop and swapped emails with Edd in the warehouse who persuaded me that this was a good service. So I ordered a pair of Edwin jeans with free (3-5 day) delivery. The jeans arrived within 24 hours in far west Cornwall! Brilliantly packed and the right size and style. Nice note from Tom the owner and an easy to follow explanation of their free delivery service. Great products. Good prices. Top people. Try them for yourself.”

“Package got lost during final mile. Delivery company showed that it was delivered, but clearly it has not been delivered to the right address, otherwise I would have received my package (office address, 24/7 people at front desk: every package gets logged and stored, so no room for error). Contacted customer service at Working Class Heroes, and they felt given the delivery company said that the package got 'delivered', they did not needed to service me anymore. This is costing me 96 euro's , and I just cannot understand that any retailer is OK with the fact of helping their customers in this fashion. I will never, never, shop at Working Class Heroes again. Company that feels fine with their customers not getting stuff delivered and losing money is just mind boggling to me.”
