Issues with Worcester boiler, rang customer service. The lady said if you get the boiler on the government scheme, its only gets 2 years guarantee (5 years if you did not). As they don't make any money, how totally unprofessional, and unfair to people on the government scheme.

. Our boiler broke down well within warranty, less than six months old and Worcester Bosch were unable to attend for five days leaving us with no choice but to engage a local plumber so that we could have heating and hot water. They refuse to cover the cost of the repair and say that “on this occasion only“ they will pay for the part needed which is under a third of the full cost. For a £5000 plus boiler to break down in less than six months I really expected more of Worcester Bosch- Terrible customer care

They cancelled three boiler service appointments yet are still charging me premiums.

Update on previous review. I have continued to ask for the Worcester-Bosch Engineers report so I can get another to rectify it and WB won't give me the report to say what is wrong with it. Now WB have said every time they come out to check it they are going to charge me, but won't tell me how much. WB are not being very helpful at all, they won't reinstate the 10yr warranty to fix something which we don't know what because they won't tell me. So before you install a Worcester-Bosch I advise you to think again!

Had a Worcester Bosch fitted just over a year ago, wasn't running correctly, it came to light when we had the annual service. Got in touch with the installer, he wasn't helpful, got in touch with WB they sent an engineer out and said it had been installed incorrectly and they were cancelling the 10-yr warranty. Even though it was fitted by a credited WB installer, they said its not their problem. After repeated phone calls to them to get an engineers report to no avail. Now I am going to have to get a new boiler fitted and start again. £2,500 down the drain with a Worcester Bosch product.

The response was quick but we would never use them again. The engineer left with the boiler making an awful noise because he had left it on maximum power which we had to adjust ourselves. He also left so many bits and pieces behind (rubbish?) that we will have to call our own plumber now in order to find out if they are actually essential. When we called the company to have the engineer back (under guarantee, of course) because we weren't sure the boiler was safe, the lady on the phone was so rude that my husband decided to call our own plumber instead of dealing with Worcester Bosch again.

You haven’t made us happy this is the 5th time we have had to call you out in the past year phoned your company today as we have no hot water or heating and you said we have to wait till Thursday we have a very poorly 3 year old child in the house who is freezing. So your seevice is not good enough
