“We've ordered many times from Wool Warehouse, and have always been really pleased with what we've received. Recently, one ball of wool arrived which was, in our opinion, significantly different to the colour shown on the website. I took a photo of the wool laying on my laptop, with the online photo in the background, and sent Wool warehouse an email. We received a prompt response, apologising, and acknowledging that the online photo would need updating. They're sending the replacement that we requested, and to minimise inconvenience to us, told us to keep the incorrect ball of wool. Brilliant Customer Service, on top of wonderful products, fast delivery, plus prompt and pragmatic communication & solutions. What a professional company - highly recommended”

“Needing i specific yarn, I traced it to Wool Warehouse, placed an order and it arrived beautifully packaged within two days. I have since had to order extra. I like the mesh bag that keeps the project together. I have ordered from WW before and have had good service. WIth no wool shop within easy reach, I am finding WW’s photos of yarns are pretty accurate on colour, but buying from anywhere on line, one has to know one’s yarns.”

“I have recently bought an Attic24 yarn pack and also added another order all for Stylecraft Special DK. Very good service. Prices are excellent and the acrylic yarn is easy to care for and use.”

“I'm stunned by all of the 5-star reviews. I placed an order for 3 skeins of yarn at the end of September. I kept emailing them for an update or a tracking number, which they could not provide. They sent my order thousands of miles away from and said they would attempt to re-route my order by November 8th. In November 3rd, I received another email stating because it went to another state, I they could ship it to me if I paid extra shipping, WHAT?? I told them that I no longer want the yarn and to give me a full refund. Please stay as far as you can from this company.”

“I placed an order on 6th July. I am based in Dublin. in sent an enquiry re where my order is. I received the below response. Royal Mail aim to deliver international parcels within 7 to 14 working days - usually it is much quicker than this, although we have had customers recently who have experienced delays of up to eight weeks. The delays appear to be quite random, and seem to be caused by increased customs and security checks, and regrettably are something we have no control over. On behalf of the international postal system, please accept our apologies for the delay. We are asking customers to wait a minimum of 6 weeks until we class the parcel as lost, therefore if your order has still not arrived by 19-08-2021 please contact us again and we can arrange for a refund. In the meantime, it may be worth contacting your local delivery/postal depot, to see if they have any record of your parcel, or if it is sat waiting for collection due to a failed attempt at delivery. So 6 weeks wait and no status update on orders. "The parcel may be lost or it may not be. We have no idea" Not good enough.”

“Couldn't be happier with my purchases and amazing delivery times, both international tracked and untracked. I previously bought from another major UK online yarn seller and I didn't receive my complete order until 8 months later. Can't recommend Wool Warehouse enough.”

“Placed an order Friday morning and received it Saturday afternoon only used Royal mail standard delivery so wasn't expecting it so quick! Love that it's come in an organza bag too 😊 highly recommended and will definitely use then again!”
