Wood Flooring Supplies Ltd is a Family Run Internet Only Business based in Lancashire, which has been devoted to supplying quality Flooring along with Wood Flooring accessories for the last 13 years throughout Mainland Uk.

Providing excellent Customer Service and a Sampling service along with keeping you informed throughout the order process. Our business has grown from strength to strength over the last several years and we are very happy to receive emails from our customers thanking us for our Customer Service. We only deal with the largest Flooring Manufacturers which includes Boen, Junckers and Atkinson & Kirby along with others. We also offer an out of hours email service up to 10pm every day.

“The hardwood 'L' section bead that I ordered was of good quality. Customer service was efficient through out. They kept me up to date daily about the delivery which was delayed due to the storm that caused chaos in Scotland. Thank you.”

“The customer service provided by Mark and Kerry has been exceptional. They were friendly and knowledgeable. When I first enquired about the LVT that I was interested in their response was very prompt. Communication is clearly not an issue with this company! I was updated right up to the morning of delivery and after to check everything was satisfactory. Unfortunately I had 3 packs that were damaged. After contacting Mark, I had 3 pack replaced. Overall 5 stars plus from myself and I would thoroughly recommend Wood Flooring Supplies to anyone.”

“Such a pleasure to deal with. They are super helpful and absolutely lovely over the phone, making sure everything had arrived ok. It’s the third time I’ve used them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone. They picked up on an issue with my order and contacted me immediately. Also delivered on the day I requested and the driver was on time.”

“Outstanding service. Mark and Kerry are very friendly and go out of their way to meet every customer need. Their prices are also highly competitive and my flooring was delivered the next day. We communicated by telephone and email and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this company.”

“Website clear and concise, very helpful with holding delivery to later date to allow for works to be completed. Direct contact on the day to confirm delivery and again to confirm receipt. Could not ask for more!”

“Wood Flooring Supplies kept me informed about the processing of my order and the expected delivery throughout the process. I had to reschedule my delivery once and this was done and confirmed by e-mail. On the day of the delivery I received a two hour delivery slot and my order was delivered within the given slot. Overall I am very satisfied with the service provided by Wood Flooring Supplies.”

We are very sorry to hear just now from your 2 Star Review that DX the courier left your order outside next door in the pouring rain. This is very strange as DX provided us with a customer signed proof of delivery but no mention on the DX delivery note that it was left with a neighbour. This is the first we heard of this. We thrive on our customer service, your order was delivered on the day you requested and you were informed by email this would be delivered by DX Couriers and we feel a 2 star review on our customer service is very unfair indeed.
