“Had an issue with their website. When I tried to contact them I got an error message saying “Well this is embarrassing, something went wrong. Please try again or contact us for help.” I sent 3 emails trying to get help. Instead, they double shipped my order and will not refund my money.”

I've ordered 4 different books over the last few years as gifts. The most recent one must have been lost in the mail, and I didn't order tracking. After waiting a month past the expected arrival date, I emailed the company and am extremely satisfied with the service I received. After confirming my address, they were quick to make a new book and have it sent to me, express shipping, at no additional cost! It arrived this morning :)”
