He listened, understood and helped me win my case. I couldn't be more satisfied with the approach and the outcome and would have no hesitation in recommending their service or using them again.”

“I called to ask if they offer a certified copying service, for my driving licence. The receptionist (perhaps in a call centre?) said it was best to go in after 2pm, when their people are back from lunch. When I arrived, I was left waiting for a while. Aware of the time ticking on, the receptionist asked a solicitor who had popped downstairs if she would do it, and she agreed. When I handed her the photocard, she asked for a photocopy of the card. I queried this and said I'd never been asked for this before. "Well, I've ONLY been doing this for 30 years," she replied. I told them to forget it, and that I'm not going to be patronised and belittled in this way. I went to another solicitor straight after who did it immediately and politely. I explained what had happened, and they confirmed they'd never had an instance where a client had brought in a photocopy before. This woman was arrogant, rude and condescending, and I wouldn't hesitate to spread the word about this. Her behaviour fulfilled the stereotype of solicitors.”

“An error on their part led to our sale falling through in 2015. 2 years later we are still receiving bills for work that we've already paid for. Overpriced and inefficient, likely to make mistakes in conveyancing”

“Nicky Banks and Natalie Burrell provided a very professional service that meant our house sale went very smoothly from our side. Time was even spent by them unearthing facts that refocused minds on the true cause of delay further down the chain (discovering that Hackney council had in fact returned search results already, contrary to what I was otherwise being told). While Nicky was on leave Clive Weeks stepped in and was very helpful too.”
