“Have been in the past very reliable. Work has been done to a high standard. However the reports are not always sent on time, definately room for inprovement. Many thanks for your help and look forward to seeing you this coming year and I hope with an early waring of your intended vists,”

“Wise treated a patch of Japanese Knotweed at the back of our garden. No regrowth although they have inspected at regular intervals. Our adjoining neighbour had a much larger area which has only had a small amount of regrowth and this has been further treated. It seems a very successful operation and solved an extremely difficult problem for us.”

“The knotweed was in a communal back area therefore all the owners had to agree on a mutually acceptable way forward. Everyone agreed that the WISE proposal was the best both in their solution to the problem and also in value. As owners it was important we employed a reputable company and had written information regarding their approach to tacking the issue and most importantly we received an insurance document in the event an owner wished to sell in the future. We have not been let down in our choice. Any questions we had at the beginning were dealt with promptly and efficiently. SInce beginning the work WISE have regularly kept us up to date by giving us comprehensive details of the treatment carried out. We would thoroughly recommend them.”
