Ordered Thursday. Still not received even though I paid for 24hour deliver. No customer service and they use crappy Royal Mail.

I ordered my wipers on Sunday and payed for Royal Mail 48hr Tracked , so as per web site would be despatched Monday and arrive weds . No I had to chase for my wipers as they had not even been despatched on Thursday . Was told I would get a refund on postage ( never got this ) and chased again Friday to be told they were sent on Thursday ? Would have been nice to receive a email saying despatched. So beware that the web site has false information regarding despatched time frame . And if told your get a refund it’s rubbish . Shame as this company does not care about its customers.

Nothing wrong with price or delivery, but subsequently, when there was an issue with the wrong product being ordered and subsequent mild dispute regarding eligibility of free returns, Wiperblades answer was a flat no. Despite the issue being no-ones fault, due to a lack of guidance on their website regarding the correct product to choose, Wiperblades showed no real interest in compromise or delivering outstanding customer service. But overall its no great issue for me, as I'll never buy from them or their sister company Powerbulbs again. There's plenty of supplier choice in this world.

blades did not fit vehicle, despite entering make/year into their website. No response from their orders@wiperblades.co.uk or info@wiperblades.co.uk email addresses. I have just emailed help@wiperblades.co.uk. Let's see. BTW company revies website, "+" is a valid character in an email address, your form validation is broken

Unbelievably poor customer service. I waited 8 days for delivery and nothing. I emailed WIPERBLADES asking for an explanation……NO RESPONSE. Called them on the eighth day and was told the item was on back order and they had not informed me because a colleague was sick. Companies live or die on customer service and as much as l try to buy from UK companies it is clear why Amazon etc thrive. WHAT A SHOCKINGLY POOR COMPANY.

Terrible do not order from this company, taken my money when product was not even in stock, payed for 48hr tracked delivery 1 week later nothing, only to be told it wasn't in stock, then told it was and had been packed but not despatched even though I had received an email a week prior telling me it had been despatched! Promised a refund within 5 days, 1 month later still no refund and nobody answers the phone.

Entered my car reg, confirmed the site had found the the correct make, model, year car and ordered blades that it then showed. On attempting to fit I found they were the wrong fitting. Emailed the company saying the blades their site comes up with are wrong (ie not fit for purpose) and requested they arrange postage for their return and a refund. I then responded to a response with details of the car (reg no, make model, year etc) so they could check themselves. They called me saying I could return the blades but I would have to pay for postage. They say they got their data on which blades fit which car from Bosch and intimated they could not possibly be wrong and that I write to Bosch - I have no contract with Bosch, they need to sort this out with Bosch. Dispute ongoing - starting point is the sale of good act. Disappointed to say the least....

Disapointed they didnt fit properly Tried to return item but we're adamant they were correct ones .so wouldnt do a refund . Bought some genuine ones and Fitted perfect .wouldn't use wiperblades or recommend again Cashmore.mr@gmail.com

Ordered in plenty of time for next day delivery. Paid the extra £6.99 for DPD next day. The day I thought they would be delivered got an email at 14.11 to say order dispatched. As we were travelling the next day firstly needed to go and get some from a car spare shop 18 miles away and will now end up with a pair I will never use. Firstly emailed them at 14.11 and then phoned shortly after 18.00 still now reply. Shocking service.

The first blade did not work and missed areas. The blade was quickly replaced but this also did not work. Spoke to Chloe in "customer services" who promised to get a solution from her Manager Ollie but left the impression she really didn't care. I chased this 4 further times without any success and a continuous stream of excuses. Eventually requested refund for the problem blade. Would not return to use.

Order No 1080740. The passenger side wiper for my X2 doesn’t fit. I was unable to speak to anyone last Friday or today and no one has called back after I left messages. I am unable to leave a photo as when I load it the submit button goes grey and won’t work. I sent a photo on the email I sent you on Friday and the one today. Will you please send a wiper that will fit.

BUY LOCAL! more hassle then it’s worth sent wrong rear wiper and damaged packaging for front which had been squashed. Not helpful customer services. Not worth the hassle when you can just buy local Ie halfords etc cheaper.

I ordered my wiper blades on the 25th of November and am still waiting! I have emailed the company on two occasions and they have blamed Royal Mail and I will have to wait! I went to the local sorting office and they had no parcels for me and said all parcels had been delivered for my post code and could not locate my wiper blades. As its no longer safe to drive with a badly worn wiper blade I will now have to buy them locally. Not very satisfactory when I have been waiting since November! Not impressed with the customer service.

Hi Nicholas, Thank you for your review - I completely understand your point and we are sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately the strikes have caused significant delays nationwide. The tracking information states - 'Your Item was received by Ivybridge DO on 03-12-2022 and is now due for delivery today' As a seller we can only do so much, from 03-12-2022 your parcel was at your local depot so I don't know why they would have told you otherwise - are you still waiting for your order? This blade does not fit Ford ka 1.300 climate style. Top of the blade does not touch window. Had a garage fit it for me, as best they could. 4 days delivery not good.
