“I wanted the Harris Tweed coat (brown) and couldn’t locate my size. I did order one but size 12 which was too big and size 8 was too small. I really wanted this coat as the quality is beautiful and I liked the colour and style, simple, classic yet modern. I ordered both from John Lewis. I kept searching for a size 10.
After keep checking I decided to contact Winser direct and spoke to Emma. She was excellent and i told her how much I liked and wanted this coat. She kept in touch which surprised me as most companies would not go to this trouble. Then she contacted me to say she had located A size 10 in (I think it was in Head Office London) and could send it to me to try. She did this and I was so pleased as it is perfect.

“My 37th order (this time for three linen T-shirts) has just arrived, amazingly fast as normal. It was beautifully wrapped, felt wonderful against my skin and makes me feel pretty! Winser London is not cheap, however it is not expensive and is definitely great value for money. Returns are encouraged if an item does not suit you, the staff are knowledgeable about their products and the internet buying is so very easy. I have just used up my Reward Points against a new purchase and appreciate this feature.
It would be naive to say that I have never experienced a problem with anything that I have purchased over the last 6 years, however I have given a five star review because the staff have always resolved any problem encountered with good grace, great manners and efficiency.”

I have met Royalty in a WL miracle dress but more frequently they are ideal for the public presentations my works often requires. I always look polished and feel comfortable. Day to day I live in their woven leggings and either a cashmere or super fine merino sweater. I have very sensitive skin and these are the only such products I can wear against my skin.
