Pretty busy our night, staff were busy busy, we udusllh say thanks when they take plates away, not sure how they put up with so many rude customers as we've seen over the years.

I've eaten many times here, eaten stuff I haven't liked, but overall most has been good. We liked to get there on opening, when foods hot full, or been filled still
It's a meat feast for me, finished by puddings. Actually lkke the evening, but get there late and the kids have demolished it, it manhandled.
Got to be a right party pooper to find major faults. I've been at least 70 times since it opened, never been ill, or food poisoning. The stuff people make up.

We, unfortunately, went to this place tonight (31 July 2023). From the moment we went downstairs, the staff were much less than impolite. They wanted us to sit in front of the toilets! We politely asked the female staff to sit us somewhere else. She was very rude and unwilling to sit us in a different place. Upon our insistence, she rudely gave way! Then once we brought some food, a female member of staff came to us and very impolitely said that we had brought too much food for six people!!! And that we would be fined for left-over food! We realised that there are tens of cameras all over the place watching you like the BIG BROTHER! Even worse, we realised that there were tens of staff members on the floor watching every movement of the customers! One of the male staff talking to me used an "F.." word more than five times until I warned him to watch his words! The MOST INTERESTING PART was that the same less than polite Chinese looking male came to me and said that we had to leave because the maximum buffet stay time for customers was 90 minutes!! When I said there is nothing about the time limit on their website, he THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE because we had been there over 90 MINUTES! I prefer not to talk about hygiene and dirty plates. People have complained about food poisoning in this place, unfortunately I saw this after my family's TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! In ONE WORD: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE HUMILIATED - LIKE I WAS IN FRONT OF MY FAMILY FRIENDS - and you will REGRET Your VISIT!

“On 27th of Feb 2021 we sent for a take away, it was the worst food, that have ever had, the Thai beef it was inedible,
The pork was old sow meat, you couldn't chew it, chicken satay the chicken was stringy & under cooked, we put it all in the bin, I have been in the catering trade for 30yrs and never seen such disgusting food. 16£ of of rubbish”

“I've been here a few times and had some good experiences. The deserts are the best part. You need to be careful when you go because I've been when there hasn't been a big selection of food due to closing. Other than that the food is reasonable and everything is clean and tidy. Not the friendliest atmosphere however it's worth a night out. All you can eat is something that's needed in the city centre so it's no wonder it's popular. Will probably go again for a meal and a nice bit of chocolate ????”
