But 2 full working days after finally having the blinds fitted I have been hounded for payment even though I didn't receive the final invoice. I was even threatened with legal action and accused of ignoring calls.
This is not customer service your employee left me a threating voicemail eluding to legal action.
I would not recommend using your company to anyone. Only wish I had known how poor your customer service was before I ordered from you.”
