I wanted to give 4 and a half stars as the service I received from Julia when I was purchasing my new home was second to none. She kept in contact on a very regular basis to see if things were going well and if there was anything she could do to help. I heard from her far more than from the agents selling my property. There was one repair that I understood would be sorted prior to completion that sadly was not undertaken, but Dan has been trying to sort this and I am happy that it will be resolved soon. I would definitely recommend this company and in fact a family member is already using them to sell their cottage. Many thanks Chris, Julia and Dan

After a bad experience with a much bigger estate agents, Wilsons have restored my faith in what a good estate agents should be like! I was so pleased with their personal approach, and good customer service. Right from the start, I knew I was in good hands, and they worked hard both for my vendor and myself to reach a happy outcome for both parties. Thank you very much, I'm thrilled with the house I've just purchased!

We found Wilsons to be very helpful whilst buying our property. Through all the stages - from making an offer through to completion of the purchase, Dan and Julia were both honest and prompt in answering any queries. When hold ups were identified they gave straight answers and assisted in resolving the issues - great! A card and small gift on the day of completion was also a pleasant, unexpected touch - thanks!

In general very good the process was a complicated one and should have been much simpler bearing in mind we were cash purchasers and no chain I think the problems encountered were created by the vendor not being totally up front about his circumstances rather than any Estate agent shortfall. Some contact with the vendor would have avoided some of the confusion along the line. We understand that your key interest is with the vendor who after all is paying your fee. However we were generally satisfied with your level of service and attention during the process. We still appear to be getting some postal items and due to the fact we are not there all of the time that could pose a problem for the vendor

Thank you for your review and we are pleased that you felt that in general my firm was very good. Regarding your criticism of our client, I must point out to you that many vendors have no wish to deal directly with their buyers, that is one of the principle reasons they instruct an estate agent. Even more so in this particular case where our vendor was undergoing intense and traumatic personal difficulties and we politely made it clear to you that he required us to deal with all matters on his behalf. I hope this may clarify the situation for you. We shall advise our clients that you continue to receive some postal items and recommend they make arrangements to have these redirected. With help from Wilsons I managed to sell my bungalow during the first week of Covid-19 lockdown. The support I received was excellent from the start of the process until the finish. The team went the extra mile in my view. It can be very difficult to get responses from solicitors but Julia, my namesake, maintained a dogged determination to chase them down. Excellent support and service from a great team.

Julia was amazing during my recent house purchase she followed up any questions I had very quickly and kept me updated during the whole process. She really did go out of her way to help with any problems even with ones regarding the house I was selling. I can 100% recommend Wilsons Estate Agents and would certainly use them again.

We bought through Wilsons. Very friendly staff. weren't always armed with the answers to points raised, but were quick to respond. As we neared exchange (short chain and we were the only ones where a move was taking place) they allowed things to drift a little, but as soon as this was raised as an issue got the vendors to get on with things and exchange then took place within hours. We would recommend them.
