“We sold our house with Wilsons August 2021. All the team were extremely polite and friendly and were always there when we needed them. We had other valuations of our property with other estate agents but Wilsons stood strong with a much higher valuation which we accepted and we are very thankful for.”

“Julia was very proactive in following up the progress of the sale, but this became intrusive at times, asking the same question with no offer of resolution. I got the impression that they weren’t used to or liked on-line, preferring local Solicetors.”

We are pleased that you felt that we were proactive and apologise if you felt that this was intrusive - we do try to keep the transactions on track where we can. Our only preference with solicitors is that they engage with us, whether they are online or local as it tends to help sometimes when we can liaise between them but as we are not their client they are not duty bound to do so - we do often find though that most are willing to engage with us to achieve as smooth a transaction as is possible. “I chose Wilsons preferring to deal with an independent family owned local business. In selling my late Father's home I found Wilsons to be considerate and helpful at a very emotional time. A buyer was found very quickly and with impressive teamwork and good communication the smooth transaction completed in six weeks. “Wilsons were brilliant with our house sale through the whole process. Their communication with us and the buyer was excellent and frequent. We picked Wilsons because we were very satisfied with their service as a buyer previously, and as a seller we were equally happy. We've used larger, national estate agents as a seller and through buying previously and have typically found ourselves dissatisfied or out of the loop at times, Wilsons were much better with this and we highly recommend using them.”
