“recently ordered roses for Valentine's Day from Williamson while i was away, and I must say, I was extremely impressed with the quality and beauty of the flowers. They were fresh, vibrant, and arranged with great care. My girlfriend was overjoyed when she received them, and they truly added a special touch to our celebration. “Iv been ordering from yourselves for a long time. I feel disappointed with my latest order which was for my wife for Valentine’s Day . One of the roses had no stem on it . It had been pieced in with the other roses . Pretty poor for the price I payed for the dozen roses. Not good. My wife emailed and complained when she spotted the obvious rose and told to put the damaged ones on the doorstep and they will be swapped over for another bunch . No apology given just a straight swap . I won’t be using this service again if this is how you treat your customers.”

“I've dealt with Williamson's for 20 years now and can honestly say they are worth every penny. Only once have they failed to deliver on the date (delivery to western isles), due to courier, and as soon they were informed they very promptly re-sent duplicate order. Great friendly service on every visit, and if there are any issues with order they are quick to contact to clarify or change if necessary.”
