“rigged machine, their slots u can never win anything weeks after weeks. totally rigged machine...they used to give bonuses this days there's none. Its time for this people to be checked. Reviews says it all about them. it's shocking. How can one loose thousands of euros and never win??? how is that possible?? Nah there more people are writing about this company the sooner they will be checked and hopefully they will be shut. I have lost nearly 80.000eu since playing with them I have never won simple 3000eu. TOTALLY RIGGED MACHINE, on the picture below, I was already on 0.00 yet when I log off it shows that I'm still on that 100+...that's shows I have been playing offline or on the set up machine that doesn't move until they took everything from you”

“They keep moving the goal post, you ask how much can I deposit and when. As I’d reached my limit. 3 different dates I got. Then there is the fact the games keep resetting, so any bonus you mite have won is out the window. Tho I have never had a problem with withdrawal!!!”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS! After months of using William hill just for light fun on slots, I had an average amount of money in my account and I went to finally withdraw the money but said I didn't have a valid payment method. This wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't managed to DEPOSIT money from my bank card which meant I did have a valid payment method. I spoke to someone from William hill via online chat and subsequently told me I had a WITHDRAWAL LIMIT on my account! On what planet would some want to have a limit on what they can withdraw on a betting app?! They also said it was due to I set it up on a partnering company which was linked to them. The funny thing is i had never done gambling prior to William hill in any way shape or form and they refused to tell me which company or website this apparent withdrawal limit was placed on so I could resolve it and proceeded to close my account without any notice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“I signed up for a ten pound welcome bonus and they took 5 payments from me and suspended my account iv bern trying to get my money back but the customer service is the worst I have ever come across..its been weeks ..stay well clear if William hill they are the worst if the worst awful compant with heartless employers”

“Payout is shocking. I have been using virgin for casino games and slots. I deposited £25 two weeks ago and still have £19 in my account after nearly two weeks and that is me playing every day. I thought I would try williamhill.com. deposited £25 to use on the online slots. It lasted 6 mins. What a rip off. That needs looking into as their payout can't be online with the gambling standards. Account closed 10 mins after joining.”

“Never read such whingeing rubbish as some of the reviews on here. Never had an issue with William Hill unless you think you're entitled to win on the free Bonus Drop or free spins every time they're awarded. I find Hills free spins etc give you far more than any other site, go try Bet365 or Skybet where they remove your chance to play the free stuff if you don't deposit enough, or Paddy or Coral, where you won't win a jot unless you deposit God knows how much a week. Trouble with this world - everyone's entitled to something for nothing in their mind, unfortunately life rarely pans out like that. Hills give Epic odds or boosts quite regularly, gave free bets for Cheltenham every day for new and existing, yet still you squeal. Go elsewhere.”

“Open account with them today and got 20 eur casino bonus. I managed to make over 500 out of that and suddenly they closed my account. When I contacted them on live chat they said its because of my suspicious activity, but they didn't want explain what exactly . Probably because they didn't want pay my money as I didn't do any deposit yet.”

“I closed my William Hill account due to a gambling problem - only to receive an email inviting me back with a simple click. Needless to say, I fell back into bad habits again and lost more money. Anyone else had this experience? In my view this fails the safer gambling protocol”
