“I have still not received my Beers after waiting nearly a month. Parcelforce are absolutely terrible and have completely disregarded all my attempts to make sure my delivery reaches me. Couldn’t deliver to post office (but never actually informed me of this) and continued to “attempt” delivery even when depot collection was arranged. Please change your courier they are the reason I will not order from you again despite being a lifelong fan. They have now said they are returning to sender. I am so so disappointed 😢”

“Ordered a bundle of beers and a double deka for over the bank holiday. Excellent quality as usual particularly enjoyed Under the sun and Ninkasi X. The double deka was missing from my order I think it was a shipping error but Wildbeer sent me one out plus an extra straight away, so quite pleased with the service.”

“Great and varied Beer, delivered to my doorstep. Customer Service is extremely good. On the one occasion there was an issue, Wild went over and above to rectify it. A real indicator of great service is how a company deals with issues and Wild did very well. Keep up the good brewing!!!”

“I have a particular taste and the their stout has yet to beaten by any other brewery as far as I’m concerned. Their recent efforts to actually deliver their beers directly have been fantastic. I can’t fault them as a producer or provider. Well done Wild.”

“Really poor customer service which is a shame as you used to be a great brand. The goods I ordered pre-Xmas were never delivered and depite 3 calls and 4 emails you have never responded. Shame about the administration but you will loose trust in the brand if you keep taking money but not refunding when you cant fulfil. Disappointing i have had to revert to the Mastercard dispute service.”
