“I located a product at Wigley DIY that appeared to be out of stock in many of the other online outlets. It was very well priced too. No problem with the online ordering process and a speedy delivery. Thank you”

“Easy & pleasant transaction with great communication from Wigleys.Courier service however did not cover themselves in glory....waited in on the day they said they'd deliver.....no sign!! They did deliver but not until the following day.Not Wigleys fault of course but maybe they should consider an alternative courier.”

“Had to mark a star down as unfortunately the product I ordered was not available. However, customer service has been excellent. I received a call to say the item was unavailable and was on order. I was then kept informed as to when the item would be back in stock. Unfortunately due to no fault of Wigleys, there was a delay from the supplier so I therefore cancelled my order as it was needed before Wigleys could fulfil it. I then received my refund very promptly. Cant fault the service, just sorry I couldn't get the item I wanted.”

“Purchased two pairs of gardening gloves which were very good value. Arrived promptly and are as described My only criticism is the postage cost of £4.95. Quite expensive for a lightweight item. Although they were delivered next day i would have preferred a cheaper alternative.”

“Items ordered were competitively priced and delivered as stated. The only negative I have is that there was no other option for delivery except next day - 4.99 which I think is a bit steep. I wouldn’t mind but the parcel arrived 4 days later,”

“Ordered a hose and reel to be deliverd as a present. The ordering was straightforward and the delivery was on-time. So quite happy but not sure if any damage. Would use again.”
