I have been off the internet so time and am not aware what i have been charged. You delivered a box of eight bulbs but there were ten indicated on the ticked inside.

They sent out the wrong bulbs. And then I sent them an email explaining the problem. My new bulbs arrived quickly and with no fuss at all. I will use them again.

It works. Unfortunately it was damaged insomuch as it arrived distorted and kinked in a couple of places. I was able to re-shape it and fit it though.

I ordered 2 light panels for my art studio but they arrived damaged. Louis in customer services was very helpful and got replacements sent immediately. There was a wee bit of miscommunication between us on how to dispose of the damaged lights but in the end this was also resolved to my satisfaction - he was very helpful and reached out to speak to me after a couple of emails, which I really appreciated. I always say I don’t judge a company on what goes wrong but on how they tackle that problem and put it right. Now the lights have been installed they are perfect and exactly what I wanted for the space. My husband is now envious of the quality of light in my art studio and is looking at getting something similar for his home office. Thank you for all your help Louis!

Orered two LED tube replacements for failed fluorescent tubes. Easy to order, and dispatched promptly. One arrived broken, the other was fine and used to replace one failed fluorescent. contacted customer service, who arranged a replacement, which also arrived broken. Contacted customer service again and a further replacement was dispatched, which also arrived broken. Shout out to Wholesale LED Lights customer services for their response and quick refund, after a short telephone discussion. Would still buy from Wholesale LED Lights on the basis of their great customer service. (We agreed that the broken tubes were most likely an issue with the courier.)

First time using this company. I was pretty happy with the sales as well as the support. My order, which was part custom lengths, was delivered the next day, despite me ordering after midday. I had a little issue re setup. One staff member called Andy I think, helped a ton, said if I was still stuck, speak to a chap called Vish. Vish talked me through the setup and diagnose the issue I was having. I installed the lights at a customers house, she couldn't be happier.

Paid for priority. Parcel got lost by fedex and was late being sent by supplier means I have had to deal with very unhappy customer. Considering rgbw track lights have 15 year warranty this is second set for sane job and late being dispatched even though paid extra. Not good at all.

Ordered the wrong size to begin with, my fault. The service department were brilliant, sorted out which size I actually needed, issued a returns note and exchanged the bulbs. The correct size bulbs are great, really pleased.

I had ordered some lights. I received a email to say they were going to be late. After that I had received 2 more e mails saying the same. i had been offered a upgrade and as I wanted to put my wax light back on. I said yes. I would like to thank you for keeping in touch with me and letting me know what was happening. I will be ordering of you again, also I will be telling people to order from you. If a product is not in stock, customers should be told. When a replacement was ordered and was marked as urgent then not sent out, that's poor. Good arrived too late to do the job...
