cards were great but had to wait far to long for delivery plus original parcel of cards was lost in the post. very disappointed.

Main problem was they took far too long to process my order and send it out and then told me lies about when it was sent. When I chased it I was told it was going out that day (Monday). I chased again to be told it had gone out on Tuesday. Tracking on Royal Mail said they had received it on Friday. I had to buy elsewhere as this was too late by the time I received them. It was probably the reason why some of the cards I had ordered were no longer available. Had I been told the truth at the start I could have sorted alternative arrangements earlier. Will not rely or online ordering again.

I ordered two 200 x 200mm prints. After a long lead in time, (which was expected due to Xmas) and then an even longer wait for the post delivery (approx. 2 weeks) , the prints arrived on different sizes of paper and with various print labels still left on them. It clearly looks like they should have been cropped but haven't been. One does have a border but that even measures over the 200 x 200mm. I then sent an email to Whilstlefish a week ago and have heard nothing. Its a good job these are not Xmas presents, but they are intended as gifts which is why I don't want to send them on and expect the recipient to have to do their own cropping.

One framed print (from my order of 4) arrived with cracked glass. I emailed to report this straightaway (same day as receiving order - 7th December) and requested a replacement be sent. Received reply a few days later (10th Dec) with returns label attached, asking me to specify date for FedEx to pick up parcel. I replied immediately. Heard nothing back and followed up with a further email a few days later (14th Dec). No reply again. I phoned today (18th Dec) to chase it up - had brief phone call where staff member promised to arrange FedEx pick up and email me details. I am still waiting to receive this email. The picture in question was supposed to be a Christmas present but given the damage and delay in sorting a replacement, it will now be too late to gift it as intended which is very disappointing. I have been a loyal Whistlefish customer for years, buying cards and pictures regularly, and this is the first time I have had a problem with my order. I am surprised and disappointed that the customer service has thus far been poor. It has put me off shopping in Whistlefish again which is a shame.

I pay full price for something to be delivered in 3/4weeks. Then within the delivery period slash the price!!!

I was really disappointed that the delivery wasn’t clear. I ended up paying £10 for delivery because it was unclear that you had to pay for special delivery. I’d actually only ordered the frames in the first place because I was trying to get to the free delivery point with the cards. All in all this meant I had to wait far too long for the cards.

I have just had to abandon an online order as the process is awkward. I could not remove an item from my basket and would then have had to start the order again. As I was ordering multiple numbers I’d cards this had already taken too long . This is no reflection on the cards , they are great . I’m disappointed that I don’t get many offers even though I buy quite a lot of cards and my daughter received lots of offers

Parcel was abandoned on the street outside of my door when we were not at home. Bearing in mind I paid approximately £10 for delivery I think this was very poor service and I will not be ordering from you again.

I was very disappointed with the delivery wait, took way too long like 2 weeks considering the amount I spent too, the cards were particular ones so I could send for birthdays , they took so long to come I had to buy them else where too, so so disappointing , I won’t use again !!!!!!

Having placed the order, heard nothing so had to look back on order page to check progress, couldn't access Messaged your customer services dept, no reply, eventually managed to access my original order and found it had been updated as some of the order out of stock. Disappointed by lack of contact to my email to a/ Update me and b/ total lack of response from your Customer Servicez

An error occurred with my order where three of the of the xmas cards were missed off which also made it that I was overcharged as what was on the order was under the 15 special offer. I phoned to put this right and spoke to Rebecca (or was it Rachel) who was going to put this right. However this wasn't done so I am now short of three cards and have been overcharged by about £7. Because I have been ill I just couldn't be bothered to ring again and hoped that I would at least have an email from you about the error. Sad as I've been using whistlefish for some years and always been thrilled.

I received a card but no envelope! I called as soon as I received the order, this was Thursday last week & I was told it would be with me Saturday- I’m still waiting!

My order was delivered on 28th october with 1 card short, I immediately e-mailed you and told you it was no.61 santa and stars, I ordered 2 but only received 1. I have not had a reply from you nor received the card. It was oder no.10231554. Customer no.WEBUK. I am a regular customer both in the shops and on the web and cannot believe such poor service.

Lovely products but slow service on this occasion. I placed my order on 11 Oct and the money was taken but I didn’t receive my goods until 5 Nov! I had to chase several times but it would have been helpful to receive an email saying there was a delay.

I ordered Festive cards as always (a loyal customer to Whistlefish for many years purchasing in Newquay and Padstow stores in the summer) However was very disappointed with customer service I received. Not packaged well and very disappointed

The day I ordered I received an email saying "Your order is being prepared". 4 days later I got an email saying an automatically item was out of stock, choose another one. I was not happy with the length of time it took from order to arrival. I am not going into shops due to Covid and my health problems. It meant my granddaughter's birthday card was late. I commented on this in an email and didn't even get a reply.

I made an order, waited 12 days, didn’t receive any email ( as usual ) to say order had been dispatched. I had to contact company to ask where my order was. No apology, just a question reply asking for my address! just waited another day and then received an email to say order was on its way. No explanations! It was not a complicated order, just 1 tin of notelet’s. This experience has put me off ordering from you. You could at least offer an explanation as to what the problem was. People might be more understanding.
