The cards were great quality and I love that they’re made from recycled card, however the amount of time it took them to arrive was ridiculous. I ordered cards due to the passing of a family member, two weeks later I was still emailing asking where my order was as at that point the order was incredibly late and therefore no longer necessary. I received no response via email or social media even though I reached out multiple times. I appreciate we are in the middle of a pandemic, but if you advertise to ship all 2nd class post to arrive within 3-5 working days, you don’t expect to receive it 14 days later. If you’re in a rush to get your products, don’t waste your time on this company!

Love the cards and normally buy in store, however the order was slow to process. From notification that the order had been dispatched to delivery took about 5 days.

Sadly my order took 2 weeks to arrive which meant I had missed the majority of the birthday’s that I had ordered the cards for. I ordered 10 days before I needed them which I believe should have been plenty of time to receive a small order of greetings cards. There was no indication at time of ordering that dispatch would take so long, but I did receive an email the day after I placed the order indicating there may be a delay, which is unhelpful after the order has been placed.

As it took nearly 3 weeks for my order to arrive, several of the cards were too late for the occasions they were meant for! My grandsons 7th birthday, my 100 yr old neighbours birthday, my daughter’s birthday and a wedding anniversary. What a disappointing service, especially as I then had to buy replacements at the supermarket! The cards themselves are very nice, but no longer relevant.

I have used your company for many years, mostly in store but lately online. Always pleased with the goods. However, in my last order, the stamps that I paid for were not in the parcel. E mailed and sent a photo of the pick sheet, but have heard nothing. Very disappointing. Was reluctant to put a rating as I know how important they are, but cannot overrule that function.

Waited ages for my order and when I received it a lot of the cards I’d ordered where then out of stock so got sent replacements - I fail to understand how this happens when the item was in stock when I paid for it then not by the time you despatch. This obviously seems a way for you to get rid of your less popular stock which is a little unfair and a shame as I love your product quality.

Lovely cards and great value but delivery time is so long. Have bought age cards twice now and they arrived too late for the birthdays. Allow at least 2 weeks for them to arrive.

These cards took so long to arrive I was in position of not having one for a sons birthday. Due to Lockdown I was forced to make a homemade one for him. Not what I expect and very poor service

Very disappointing despatch of Christmas order. Cards were ordered on 3rd December, Whistlefish contacted on 12th to inform of order not having arrived. Whistlefish came back on 16th December to say that order had been despatched and should arrive in 4-5 days. When they did arrive it was too late to send them out by 2nd class mail to arrive by Christmas. All this happened when there was a bereavement in the family and we didn't need any extra stress. The positive outcome is that we won't have to order as many cards next year. We could only hand deliver cards so not many were used.

No confirmation email received when I placed order. I then eventually emailed to see where my order was and when it would arrive. Had no reply to this. All disappointing.

I understand how busy you were before Christmas, but on 30th November I placed an order which you immediately accepte. 10 days later I got an email saying part of my order was our of stock did I want to choose another item. I responded immediately. i did not but please send the order urgently as it has stamps in it. No one responded and by the time they arrived it was too late to sue them for Christmas! The delay was not postal it occurred in your slow response time to my order. Pity I like your cards but not your on line business. Other companies did much better and were more considerate to their customers!!

I'm sorry but I'm not impressed with the service I received. I ordered some Christmas cards and birthday cards on 3rd December and hadn't received an email to say my order had been dispatched by Monday so emailed to ask when I would be likely to receive it. I have never to this day received a response to my email, however, I did receive an email to say that my order had gone astray and was lost in transit and would be dispatched again that day. I eventually received my order on Thursday 17th.

Bought a pack of 15 cards for Christmas but they took 8 days to arrive. Other packages arrived much sooner from Royal Mail / Amazon. Don't know what delivery service they use but they arrived too late for the overseas addresses I needed to post to.

I have always enjoyed receiving lovely cards from Whistlefish. This time I ordered Christmas Cards and a tin however, I have not received my order (ordered 5th Oce 2020). I spoke to Whistlefish and a lovely lady told me she would resend the order to arrive last Thursday. It’s Christmas Eve and I’m still waiting! Looks like I won’t be sending Whistlefish Christmas Cards this year :(
