The cards are lovely but they arrived damp (which of course is not the fault of Whistlefish; it was a torrentially rainy day). However my attempts to return the cards for a replacement were so long-winded and unsatisfactory that I eventually gave up and decided to send out warped Christmas cards this year!

I ordered 3 white frames and 2 natural and received 2 black frames instead of the natural but with no explanation! Not what I ordered.

I didn’t get a confirmation email of my order from the website although the website said thank you for your order when I’d finished. I checked spend, trash and junk boxes and they weren’t there. Apparently they sent me an email to say why the order was delayed and I didn’t get that either (also not in spam, trash or junk boxes. I then contacted them and they were very helpful and I did finally get an email and the delivery as they promised .

Ordered on a Tuesday and it arrived the following Tuesday. Unfortunately I needed it for the Sunday. Gift ordered from the USA same day arrived before the card! You can't afford to have such a slow process these days. Poor

Sorry to say that my experience was not good, the order took over a month to arrive and then I received a second order. Having taken the trouble to inform the company of their mistake I was given poor information about the collection of the item resulting in my having wasted half a day waiting for it after calling the company I was then told that the items may not be collected until 18:00! After complaining to the customer service department I was left with the impression that it was my fault and not the company’s that they had sent the delivery twice. At no point was I thanked for my honestly and the inconvenience it caused.

All good until I had enquiry disputing an offer,,. Had a curt response which did nothing for your brand. You have just. Lost a customer ...there was no need for such poor customer relations

Love the two pictures I received and were both packed so well but wasn’t impressed that it took four weeks to received with no contact other than initial receipt when I first ordered and a response I received once I got concerned and made contact myself. I also didn’t receive an email to let me know once it was finally being delivered and was just lucky that I live somewhere safe as we’re both just left on my doorstep

I waited and waited for my order, I think it was about 3 weeks. I decided to chase it in the end and was told it had been returned by royal mail for some reason, all the details were correct and I had never even had a despatch email from. I wonder if I hadn't called what would have happened to my order.

I think this Company has excellent products with good value. Unfortunately cannot say same for their Customer Service. There was an offer 2 for 1, only received one. To get 2nd item I was asked to pay additional postage which was more than the cost of the item!! Or send back one received again having to pay postage. Customer Service dealing with this was appalling. I have been good customer and recommended many people to Whistlefish. Needless to say I have unsubscribed.

I ordered a gin set which should have included 2 blue tarquins gin glass. When the parcel arrived the blue glasses had been substituted for clear ones which we already had. I contacted whistlefish who informed me they had run out of the blue glasses and just swapped them for clear ones! I wasnt impressed as the whole point of me buying the product was for the blue ones and whistlefish should not have just sent something else instead. I then had the hassle if returning the product which took 2 goes as the parcel company did not turn up first time! Whistlefish should have contacted me to say they had run out of blue glasses and given me the option, not just sent something which wasnt what I had paid for.

I ordered a framed picture for my mom's birthday , when the parcel arrived I opened it to find it was the wrong item. I contacted the office and was told to repack the picture print a return slip and a FedEx courier would collect it on the Thursday. My wife booked a day off work but no one turned up. I contacted the office to be told it would be collected the following Thursday. I then asked when the correct picture would be sent to be told when the incorrect one is returned. The picture was a gift for my mom's birthday which she won't get now till after it's been and gone through no fault of my own. I ordered it in good time , so I m a little disappointed to say the least

Even though the quality and value of the product is extremely good, I was not satisfied with Customer Service. The website was not clear on a buy one get one free and I feel that I did not get a satisfactory answer to the issue raised.
