“No bed receive and after numerous emails no reply DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“It took 12 weeks for dog bed to arrive on website it looks like a thick comfy bed, very poor quality threadbare in places. I was promised that they would send me an extra bed for free as the waiting time was so long and if I would leave a good review. Still waiting that was way back in August they said it would be delivered within 14 days max. Avoid at all costs 😡”

“I orderd an XL bed. They did advise medium for my dog but he like to proper lay out so went bigger. The bed is too small imagine if i got Medium. Not very good quality either. Totaly gutted”

“Took 3 weeks for dog bed to arrive and was very poor quality. Thin, threadbare and hardly any stuffing. No care label or note of materials. Also the fluff sheds badly so choking hazard. Rude emails back and they are refusing to refund. AVOID!”

“Still waiting for dog bed.. tracking given but still not received by Hermes. Defo scam company. DO NOT USE. Will be putting a public announcement any where I can. I’ll have to get money back from credit card as won’t refund keep Ignoring my request.”

“Bought a computer/robot cat toy for a Christmas present 2019, two weeks before Christmas. Email confirmation I would get the delivery before Christmas, it is a 5-7 day delivery. Didn't receive my order, went to check/track on the website, the site had been removed. Tried to contact them with the email on the invoice, no response. Contacted Paypal and told them I have been scammed, money was taken from my account, but no delivery. Paypal refunded me the money, and are investigating the transaction with Wexo. April 2020 I get an email from Wexo to confirm my product is getting shipped, here is a order number to track it. Over 4 months after I ordered the product. Tried to track it, just said its being shipped. Waited till June, still nothing. I used their live chat to speak with a customer service operator, they said they would look into it. They said Paypal stopped the payment. I would need to open a dispute and re-order the product. I told them they took the money from my account, and nothing was delivered. The operator told me to claim the money back from Paypal. So you've taken my money, not sent me the product I ordered, and you want me to claim the money back from Paypal.”
