“The watch I purchased is exactly as it is in pictures. Delivery service was quick and easy to reschedule if needed. The box it comes in is perfect for gifts. People speaking with customers on website are helpful.”

“The quality of the product, the presentation and the packaging, the fast, efficient, personalised service - hard to top it really! Matt went to great lengths to ensure the colours of the two watches were similar as they are wedding presents. Very, very pleased!”

“This review is necessarily incomplete because the watch was bought as a Xmas present. So far, the service has been exemplary with prompt delivery and a free upgrade to a metal link removal tool. The watch itself looks great but I won't get the "yea or nay" until Xmas Day from the recipient. Ok, Xmas has come and gone, other half is delighted with the watch and I quote, "It's the best watch I've ever owned!" What higher praise could there be?”

“A link on my watch broke, so I sent it back for repair. We Wood worked super fast to get it back to me because I live overseas and was only in UK for a week and when it was returned they'd even put a new battery in for me! Very grateful”

“Bought as a gift due to the individuality and quirkiness of the idea. The watch itself is actually really beautiful. The finish is of an extremely high quality and looks striking. Standard delivery was much quicker than expected. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase and will buy again if the opportunity arises.”
