“Super painful process. Asked for certain items, provided them, then wanted more. Seven phone calls later after request and request and provided them everything they asked for, finally decided that we should rebook the appointment. Must have spoken to at least 6 different staff members who all give different opinions on what you need to do to sell the car.”

From the first telephone call to the updates from the team about the person assessing my car coming just 30 mins early, text for updated and actually selling my car was really simple. They gave me the best price out of any of the car companies I looked into. Kerion was really helpful and my car was paid off the same day and collected 3 days later. I had my refund from the DVLA for my tax for my old car within 4 days and acknowledgement about my old car being sold the same day.
