“I had a broken piece of a tooth removed a couple of days ago. Miss Grant was extraordinarily sensitive and informative throughout the whole procedure. Her assistant was also very warm, friendly and comforting. An extremely pleasant experience.”

“To say I was very nervous having eye surgery would be an understatement so I appreciated that Mr Kolli and his team were patient with me throughout and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable, the hand holding was very much appreciated! Having had the surgery to remove the cataracts and correct my long-sightedness and astigmatism I am over the moon at the results. The world is no longer blurry without glasses. The follow-up visit to check my sight shows that I now have excellent vision and can legally drive without glasses which I haven't been able to do for the last 15-20 years! I only need reading glasses for close up work everything else I can see perfectly and clearly. I would definitely recommend Mr Kolli and his team to anyone needing this type of surgery.”

“All staff at the Westbourne Centre were most professional and caring from the beginning of my treatment right to the very end...they really couldn't have been more friendly and helpful from the outset as l was somewhat nervously about the upcoming operation (to say the least.), but they allayed any fears or concerns l had from the start putting mind firmly too rest. I would certainly recommend Westbourne Clinic for this kind of procedure, and if l had to have it done there again, l would certainly be more than happy use the Westbourne Centre again. “A highly professional service from friendly staff. I had an amazing consultant surgeon Effie Katerinaki and the practice co ordinator Ruth Smith who were accommodating, understanding and professional at all times, even when I was having to change my operation dates several times. The surgical team on the day were fantastic and put me at ease on what was my big day for an abdominoplasty. I am very pleased with the results and have bought a new bikini to celebrate! not sure were I'm going on holiday but its in the suitcase ready! Which is why I have no hesitation in fully recommending The Westbourne Centre. Thank you so much.”

“Following a positive and informative initial consultation I attended for a wisdom tooth extraction on the 25th of July. Tim Martin and his team put me completely at ease, explaining every step of what was happening during the procedure. They also gave excellent care advice on looking after the area as it healed and what to expect in the coming days. Everything has gone fantastically well - I am delighted. All of the staff at The Westbourne Centre that I either met in person or spoke to on the phone were just brilliant, being friendly, helpful and efficient, so I would like to give a huge thank you to you all. I would definitely recommend The Westbourne Centre and its services.”

“I had minor facial surgery on 29th July following an earlier consultation with Mr Nishikawa. I cannot fault The Westbourne Centre in any aspect of my treatment, which has been caring , empathetic and professional from start to finish. The staff are exemplary, combining good humour with competence, and thereby enhancing patient confidence. Thank you Mr Nishikawa and the team: I will have no hesitation in warmly recommending your services to others.”

“I cannot praise The Westbourne enough. I had septorhinoplasty 2 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Every single person I came into contact with were faultless. Their caring nature is 2nd to none. I was very nervous and they went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported. Mr Nishikawa has the most wonderful bedside manner and ensured at every stage I was well informed. Carol was fantastic from the moment I arrived - I felt like I was the only patient there that day. The theatre team, including Simon the anaesthetist, were just amazing. Kind, funny and clearly highly skilled in their field. Putting me at ease instantly. I am at the start of my recovery journey with lots of swelling but already so pleased with the results. Thank you again - you made a tough day run seamlessly.”

“I had surgery on 7th July to remove cataracts and replace a lens. Everyone in the nursing team were so reassuring and friendly and completely put me at ease. The operation was successful and the manner in which the surgeon (Mr. Glover) carried it out was brilliant - he talked me through everything that he did and I didn't feel a thing. I received a follow-up phone call the next day from a nurse to check how I was, which again was very reassuring. Wonderful and friendly is how I found the team at the Winterbourne Centre.”

“Today I attended for a wisdom tooth extraction with dentist Tim Martin. Including today and the consultation a couple of weeks ago I am delighted with the service. Mr Martin is so professional and explains the process step by step and I felt totally comfortable throughout the procedure which proved more tricky than first thought. I did not have any pain and was given every opportunity for breaks if needed. . I would like to say thank you to Mr Martin and his assistants on both occasions for making the experience extremely positive and creating such a calm ambience throughout. As a dentist I would highly recommend Tim Martin and especially for any nervous patients out there.”

“I underwent surgery today and was very apprehensive. The whole experience from arriving into reception and leaving after surgery couldn't have been any better. I was looked after the whole time, made to feel totally at ease and all my questions were answered to calm my nerves. A special mention to Chery and Carol who are an absolute credit to the clinic. Nothing was too much trouble for them and really know how to make you feel relaxed as possible. I can't forget to mention the excellent cup of tea Cheryl made after surgery. My surgeon Mr Dhaliwal really put me at ease and explained the complexity of the surgery and possible outcomes. The aftercare is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all so much for making me feel so welcome, cared for and totally putting my mind at ease. Very highly recommended.”

“Amazing Service! I've recently had an SMAS facelift and upper eyelid surgery at The Westbourne Centre. The quality of the service I've received in all departments has really been exemplary. The booking process was straightforward and efficient. I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted to make me comfortable with my choices about what surgery was appropriate for me. Anja, who was my initial contact kept me very well informed about timelines and costs of the procedures I'd chosen. Mr Nishikawa was my surgeon and from the first time I met him I felt very confident that he was the right person to perform my surgery. His professional profile is well documented, but equally important to me, was having a 'connection' with the surgeon. Mr Nishikawa's professionalism, combined with his ability to explain the more technical aspects of what he intended to do, made me feel at ease quite quickly. His sense of humour and relaxed manner was also key in identifying him as my go-to guy. On the day of surgery, Cheryl was my appointed nurse. She looked after me throughout the day from receiving me into the waiting room, throughout the theatre time and during my recovery. There were so many people involved in my surgery, I must apologise if I leave anyone out, but I really had a great feeling from Carol, Maggie, Simran and Dave, the guy I seem to remember, who had to haul me up the operating table when I'd slid down in a semi conscious state! Despite the pain and discomfort post surgery, I can only describe the experience as one where I felt very well looked after and totally reassured that everyone involved was in my corner. During the early stages of recovery unfortunately, I experienced some minor post operative complications. The follow up support I received to address these issues really couldn't have been better. From a 24 hour on call service to Mr Nishikawa providing ad-hoc appointments, whenever I had a concern, post surgery; these aspects of being a client at The Westbourne Centre are what really sets it apart from the rest. As I required several follow up visits, it would be remiss of me not to mention the high quality of the reception team. I was greeted with a friendly and professional approach, they remembered my name and all the little details you want when you visit anywhere, well, that's exactly what they delivered. Additionally, in my post surgery visits, I've been privileged to have been cared for by several members of the nursing team, supporting Mr Nishikawa. Jo, was at my first visit, when I'd only just had surgery. She was calm and confident at a point when I was feeling very sorry for myself indeed! I'd like to give a big shout out to Maxine, another of the nurses involved with my surgery; I've seen Maxine frequently during my visits. She's got the most calming and caring manner. She's a super asset to The Westbourne Centre. And of course, Karen.... well, what can I say? Karen was involved with me on several occasions and her no-nonsense approach, combined with a wicked sense of humour really helped me get through some of the less glamorous aspects of having a facelift. That includes taking out my stitches and scalp staples, and providing me with the opportunity to scream out all manner of expletives when we had a little sensitive spot she'd got to work on! To summarise, in my opinion,The Westbourne Centre is definitely a good destination if you're considering cosmetic surgery. I can't praise them highly enough. Thanks so much to everyone!”
