“Excellent service. Mr Monaghan removed my wisdom tooth with care and without any pain. It was all over so quickly. I was kept informed of everything by both Mr Monaghan and the nurse. It couldn't have gone better. Would definitely recommend.”

“My dentist referred me to The Westbourne Centre for an extraction of a painful wisdom tooth. My Dental Surgeon Mr Evans was professional, informative explained procedures from start to finish a lovely team of professional. Thank you Mr Evans and your nurse”

“This place is amazing, really welcoming as you walk in. All the staff are very friendly and reassuring. Ross who removed my wisdom tooth was really friendly and kept me busy so I don’t think about what was happening and it was so quick!! I really didn’t feel a thing.”

“I had a lower facelift earlier this year, performed by Mr Nishikawa. My whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The process was explained really well by Mr Nishikawa and he always had plenty of time for any questions/concerns, also with post-operative appointments. The result of the procedure was very pleasing and I would highly recommend anyone considering this surgery to book a consultation. All the staff at the Westbourne were so helpful, particular praise to Anja, Mr Nishikawa’s secretary. Thank you very much.”

“I attended as an NHS patient to have a broken double tooth root removed. the dentist Jamie was very excellent and it only took 15 mins . I wish she was my usual dentist”

“I attended as an NHS patient for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was a little anxious about the procedure but was quickly put at ease. The dental surgeon, Mr Evans, was very pleasant with a calm and reassuring manner. Lots of relevant information was given, before and during the procedure which filled me with confidence that I was in safe hands. Thank you to all involved.”

“All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Mr Tim Martin inspired me with confidence and explained what was happening with my tooth extraction, as well as telling me how it would feel. He was calm and reassuring. I wish he could be my regular dentist!”

“Received an excellent service when I came in to have my wisdom tooth removed. Tracy and Dr. Evans were excellent and both made me feel so at ease and made the whole experience lighthearted, painless and really looked after me. I will definitely be coming back here for any other treatment that I need. What a wonderful team!”

“brilliant group of people here at the westbourne i had a papilloma removed from my groin area no problems at all on the saturday 29-10-2022 very happy hopefully i won,t be back soon but i know if i have too i will be really looked after well top class all round great team and great surgeon mr mangta manu a merry xmas to you all keep up the great work you do best wishes for 2023 john delaney & family”

“Never felt so comfortable in my life, from my first consultation to my discharge, I walked into a parallel universe, from reception to and thru the end of treatment. Thank-you Mr Attardi and mattia for giving me the best dental experience ever, two teeth extracted and was so pleased mr attardi gave me his secret code, thumbs up for ok and hand out to stop, it was thumbs up all the way, no pain anxiety disappeared I was in heaven, once again many thanks Mr Attard and Mattia you are both super human beings, as an NHS patient I’ve been so lucky and wish my fellow citizens had this same luxury. Westbourne centre is state of the art for care and well being wish all of you the very best. Mr Attard that code is great as you said you can’t speak with instruments in your mouth 😊🤗👌”

“I was referred to the Westbourne Centre by my dental practice for a consultation on a particularly awkward looking extraction of a double tooth, as the gum area surrounding it was holding infection and would one day form an abscess. The tooth could not be re filled. I was seen by Mr Tim Martin. After a very short time, he convinced me that it probably wouldn't be that awkward to extract and if it broke then he had great confidence in getting all the pieces out. He was so calm, positive and assertive that i agreed to have the treatment done. A few days before the procedure, the nerves and worries kicked in, as they would, but as soon as I was in the surgery, he explained what he was going to do, how it would be done and what would be happening afterwards. I need not have worried, the tooth was out in about 20 seconds, all in one piece and the anaesthetic used did not seem to last too long afterwards. I was then given paperwork containing instructions on what to do if certain things happened, some wadding to contain any bleeding that might occur and was told that a follow up appointment would be made in two months' time to check everything is ok. He and his dental nurse made this procedure very easy to happen. if there is such a thing then "this was a pleasant experience at the dentists!" I would have no hesitation in recommending this Centre and Mr Martin, in particular, to anyone who needs dental treatment. He will look after you and I am grateful for his sensitive treatment on me”

“I have had such a fantastic experience with The Westbourne Centre, from last November for my first consultation, in March for my surgery and even now. Mr Nishikawa and his team have always gone above and beyond whilst I have been under their care and I cannot fault the service I have received from all at the centre. Mr Nishikawa has really changed my life and helped my confidence grow immensely. Thank you so much.”

“Mr Hiroshi Nishikawa was excellent, putting me at ease with his approachable manner and knowledge. He was readily available both in person and over the telephone when I needed him. I genuinely felt like my well-being was priority, which wasn’t the case when I initially made enquiries with local surgeons in my area. His assistant Anja, couldn’t have been more helpful- all communication was dealt with promptly in a personable manner- she even went out of her way to call/respond to my message whilst on personal leave! With regards to the procedure itself, the option of LA and sedation is far preferable to all the hassle and discomfort following a GA. I had to travel a distance for the procedure, but it was more than worth it to get this type of surgery. Any last minute nerves were countered by the nurse Georgina: she was fantastic, no problem was too small and she provided me with great care, support and advise on the day/week following the surgery. I would definitely recommend this surgeon and his team and I’m very pleased with my results so far.”

“From the minute I met my surgeon Mr Nishikawa I knew he was the one to operate on me. I’d seen a few surgeons prior to my consultation with him. He listened to what I wanted not what he thought was best. I recommend the hospital and Mr Nishikawa 100% On the day he put me at ease. And my follow up appointments were just as beneficial as my consultations. I have sent so many friends his way. They are all super delighted with their results. The price was reasonable, the customer service was on point. Absolutely outstanding service. Thank you so much.”

“I can highly recommend Mr Nishikawa at the Westbourne Centre. He is kind, patient and really listens to his patients. He explained all of my options and did not pressure me to make a decision. After careful consideration, I underwent a full abdominoplasty and am overwhelmed with the result following years of living with a terrible scar and overhang following 2 c-sections. Thank you Mr Nishikawa- the surgery has changed my life. I would also like to extend my thanks to your wonderful secretary Anja- nothing was too much trouble for her and she went out of her way to ensure I had my surgery at the most convenient time for me. If you are considering plastic surgery, I urge you to meet with Mr Nishikawa for a consultation.”

“I had a broken piece of a tooth removed a couple of days ago. Miss Grant was extraordinarily sensitive and informative throughout the whole procedure. Her assistant was also very warm, friendly and comforting. An extremely pleasant experience.”
