“The surgeon and the nurse who did my tooth are the best iv ever been to thay seen I was nervous and did everything to put me at ease. Plus iv had not much pain the first dentist that tried to take the tooth out snap it and left roots inside I was in pain for 3 months. This dentist fixed it in 5min the best iv ever been to”

“Details work involved in the removal of an impacted wisdom tooth was carried out very efficiently by Mr Monaghan and his nurse. Clear explanations were given about the procedure and the pleasant staff were always helpful. No hesitation in recommending .”

“At my initial consultation with Mr Martin Evans I felt completely reassured by his caring, professional manner. Mr Evans is so well qualified and immediately put me at my ease regarding the extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth and explaining the procedure clearly. The staff at Westbourne are all so polite and considerate and I felt able to ask questions and to be referred to the appropriate person for further assistance. On the day of my surgery Mr Evans and the lovely dental nurse made me feel comfortable and understood my nervousness. I was treated with dignity and gentleness and my husband was delighted to see me smiling directly after the surgery. Thank you everyone at the Westbourne Clinic their care and professionalism.”

“The NHS funded Dental Service was excellent. My initial consultation and subsequent appointment were arranged quite quickly. The dentistry which had an element of risk was successfully conducted in a most efficient and skilled manner. The Dentist and nurse were helpful and reassuring throughout.”

“I cannot recommend enough Dr Nishikawa, he’s an excellent surgeon, extremely professional and ethical, very empathetic towards his patients with whom he establishes a sincere and trustworthy relationship. Dr Nishikawa is capable of fully understanding his patients' needs in all their intricacy and gives the correct advice to them, providing all the relevant information to enable his patients to make an informed decision. He also has a lovely sense of humour. I am extremely satisfied with the job he has done for me. I thank you immensely for all he’s done for me.”

“I was an NHS referral to the Westbourne Centre and was met with kindness, courtesy and efficiency throughout. I was very successfully treated by Mr Attard and his team with minimal discomfort during, and after the procedure. Highly appreciative and thankful. Well done to all at the Westbourne Centre - 100% recommend.”

“I recently had a particularly difficult tooth extraction done at The Westbourne Centre. Mr Breeze the oral surgeon and his excellent senior support nurse Tracey were friendly, reassuring and professional throughout and despite the difficulty of the extraction made me feel comfortable and certainly in safe hands! I'd thoroughly recommend the professional staff and all at the Westbourne Centre. Thank you :-)”

“I had a small operation on my hand and was extremely impressed by the efficiency, care and helpfulness of all the team I met. I was put at ease throughout the procedure. I was particularly impressed to receive a phone message with advice after I returned home with the assurance I could contact the nurse if I had a problem.”

“I was so happy with the care I received at the Westbourne Centre. The nursing team and the Ms Grant we absolutely brilliant. It was my first ever dental procedure but I felt comfortable in their hands. I did have some complications after the first surgery but I felt very well looked after as the dental surgeon call me after both wisdom teeth extractions to check in on me. All the staff are a credit to the profession. I would highly recommend this service.”

“Came here for a wisdom tooth removal and I was really really nervous about it. But everyone made me feel at ease! It wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be ☺️ not so scared for the second now. Mr.Attard is a professional and was very understanding of my nerves.”

“Having a wisdom tooth out may not seem like such a big deal, but when you've never had a tooth out before you don't know what to expect and can make you feel quite anxious. I can honestly say from the minute we walked through the door we had such a warm, friendly greeting from the reception team (Thank you) which instantly puts you at ease. The clinical team were brilliant, took the time to speak to us about the procedure and aftercare, were so kind and caring, talked us through every step of what was happening and how it might feel throughout the extraction. Turned out it wasn't half as bad as what i expected it to be. Hope i wont need anymore teeth out but if i do, i would want to come back here, Thank you to all for looking after me so well.”

“I had my surgery with Dr Katerinaki who has the most incredible bedside manner, professionalism, is calm, kind and confident. She allowed me to express my concerns and didn’t push me into anything that I didn't want (I had heard from friends other surgeons doing this) She really listened to what I wanted and did exactly as I’d asked - I’m thrilled. I had my surgery under twilight (I had searched for a surgeon offering this for years due to my fear or being sick) and I couldn’t have wished for a better recovery - For me, it was a breeze. I also addressed concerns prior to my surgery with the anaesthetist (again, about being sick) and he assured me he would give me extra anti sickness - I never felt sick once the whole time. I actually write this review with my tail between my legs.. it has been 2 years now since my surgery and I’m ashamed to say that I failed to make a 2nd follow up appointment as Dr Katerinaki had invited me to do. I had all intentions to make this appointment but I was absolutely happy as I was and life got in the way.. by the time I’d considered rebooking too much time had then passed and I didn’t feel taking up her time for nothing was appropriate. The clinic was very busy that particular day of my surgery. I visited during the height of covid when things were a little strange. Despite this, the care I received was next to none. Many many people were involved in my care and I’m forever grateful to every single one of them. I honestly felt like nothing less than each and every one of their priorities that day. Thank you all x”

“I had the option via the NHS Choose & Book service, of being seen at the Westbourne Centre. I must admit first impressions are so important. Mine was being 'welcomed' by an officious member of reception staff who made it quite clear I needed to wear a mask and sanitise my hands! This despite her and her colleague sitting behind a screen without a mask. As if this was not bad enough, I found the building far too oppressive with heating on what felt like, full blast. The initial consultation came through within three weeks and I saw Feriern Wu. He took time to examine my hand and explained the case for surgery. I had surgery at the end of February. After being greeted civilly at Reception, the whole process from explanation of what would happen during surgery, the surgery itself and after care felt very thorough and professional from surgeons and nursing staff alike.”

“I have had a brilliant experience at The Westbourne Centre from my first consultation till my discharge today. I was under Dr Glover for Ophthalmology and had a Tear duct Surgery which has been successful. He explained everything very patiently and calmly to me. The staff members and nurses were all very kind, caring and helpful, always smiling. Thank you everyone at the Westbourne Centre. I highly recommend this place.”

“Mr Hiroshi Nishikawa is an excellent, confident surgeon who knows exactly what you need. I had a face lift, with facial fat graft, which I am very happy with and he said he will do a further facial fat graft free of charge if I needed it. I did require a further graft which he duly completed free of charge. Customer services is excellent as are the team of professional nursing staff. I would highly recommend Mr Nishikawa.”

“Had a tooth extracted 18th January by Miss Grant, who I had seen previously for consultation. On both occasions Miss Grant and her nurse Rachel were professional and friendly. The procedure was explained in a detailed and manner I could understand. Would definitely recommend”
