“My garage told me they were struggling to find an alternator for my skoda and so I was not hopeful. I was therefore so pleased to receive a positive response from them. Not only was the reply so quick it was also on a Sunday ! Likewise the speed of delivery was brilliant and my mother very much appreciated the little bag of Haribos- nice touch. Amazing overall service and I will certainly recommend your company to others. Thank you”

“There were two possible alternators for my car (80 amps and 90 amps). Other sites could not say which I needed. West Lancs assured me I needed the 90 amp unit; they were correct. The alternator arrived 19 hours after being ordered online. The cost was £50 less than other websites. I do not see how this service could be improved. Thank you, Mark”

“Fantastic service. Ordered a new alternator approximately 4pm and it arrived the following day at 10am on my doorstep. All correct and very well packaged. Good price too as it included VAT and delivery. Shame all Companies don't respond as well as this.”

“Thanks Guys, clearly you have done your bit and got the replacement part to the courier company. Unfortunately due to "unexpected issue" the courier company has decided to keep my parcel at their depot and delay delivery for 24 house. The quality of service is always the sum of all the parts so sadly only 4 stars”

Unfortunately, once we hand over our goods to the couriers, we are in their hands and if delivery is delayed it is entirely beyond our control. We are sorry that in your case there was a delay, but in most cases delivery is next working day.
