“Very very helpful and very prompt with the quote for a new alternator, the price was very competitive with other companies and when phoning up the gentleman on the phone was very nice and answered any questions I had. After making payment the alternator came the next day and I was able to fit that afternoon. Very happy with the service thank you to the guys at West lancs Regards Phil”

“My neighbours alternator failed. A replacement was sourced but still didn’t work as it had to be a suburu part. I contacted west lancs autos for a quote. It worked out £ 120 cheaper. Plus it’s a genuine part. Plus next day free delivery. Well impressed. Thank you and well done for great customer service 👍”

“I happened upon West Lancs Auto Electrics after doing a Google search for an alternator for my wife's car. I went through the normal procedure of placing the car's reg. number in and found an alternator. I was mindful that there are different alternators for the wife's car. I managed to find the alternator part number (likely there was a label on the alternator and I could get to it). I counted the ribs on the belt. I then contacted West Lanc directly and spoke to a very helpful guy called Dave. I understand the alternator will arrive in a few days. There is also an 18 month guarantee So many thanks for this West Lanc Auto Electrics.”
