“mine went to the wrong address - maybe my fault, as given over the telephone. However, they had an instant record of where it went- so easily retrieved. Otherwise excellent service, and easy return”

“BIT OF A POOR START Ie ordered a starter motor despatch note stated alternator on its way it arrived as a starter motor but for wrong model of renault laguna reg sometimes may not be good enough guy,s .didn't help matters all this over xmas and new year period re ordered the right one it came this morning 7/01/2015 all fitted just after dinner perfect!!! the return of wrong one was made so simple for me box it stick it and send it So all good in the end starter motor just needs the test of time. I would like to say the staff were so helpful and polite thank you guys Satisfied customer Steve Terry”

“Ordered up a replacement alternator for a 1994 Lotus Elan, unfortunately the wrong alternator arrived - but in discussion with West Lancs they quickly arranged for the wrong alternator and the original to be picked up. They then sourced a correct alternator, as a goodwill gesture they gave a discount on the new more expensive alternator. I would be more than happy to use them again”
