“Bike arrived very promptly and well packaged. Very minor assembly but nothing major. Instructions from giant don’t read very well but it’s not hard to work out. Westbrook easy to deal with and zero hassle on delivery / shipping would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.”

“Great follow up service and good product. Have given 4-stars as initially as was sent wrong Lezyne Seal Kit (Code: UPG-L-1-RP-SEALK-V1HPMP) - easily understood picking error (only 1 letter different on actual Code: UPG-L-1-RP-SEALK-V1HVMP), plus as the photo was "image for illustration purposes only" so no visual double-checking was possible. Emailed Westbrook and they sent the correct kit immediately, so I was impressed (many thanks).”

“My Cannondale came with a Cane Creek headset with a part number stamped on. Despite this Cane Creek (AKA Dia Compe) couldn’t suggest a replacement. Handily, Jason at Westbrook came up with a solution which arrived promptly and got me back on the road.”
