“I purchased this caliper from Westbrooks cycles Stokesley. There was a problem with the seals as it was leaking hydraulic oil. Westbrooks without any hesitation offered me a full refund, or they were prepared to put new seals in the caliper. I requested new seals and now they work perfectly. Great service from the staff, and I wouldn't hesitate on using this shop again.”
