“After a bit of a bumpy start with the installation, everything went extremely smoothly and we are very pleased with the service. It has been very reliable and the speeds have been excellent. The Asus router is very good and we’re able to get a signal throughout most of our house. It’s great having a good service especially as we’re in a very remote location and our speed before migrating to Wessex was a mere 3Mb/s!”

“All the personnel I have dealt with, whether on the phone or with the installation team, have been helpful and friendly. The switch over from BT has been fairly painless and so far I have no regrets. ultimately I now have speeds I would never achieve with BT.”

“Everything was put in on the day as they said it would be done and they were very efficient and I am having a little bit of trouble with the phone which I will phone phone you about and speak to you because I don’t really understand it all the only thing was the bringing them all in with the singers killed all my grass along the line and then a lot of the gravel that they had to go under they didn’t straighten it afterwards and I nearly fell because I tripped over a bit that I couldn’t see but apart from that we’re okay”

“We decided to use Wessex Internet after issues with our old provider's speed at peak times and when using multiple devices. This is no longer an issue and we consistently receive a speed of 107mbps with no issues at all. In addition to the reliability of the connection, I have been very impressed with the customer service. The sales and customer service team were efficient and very easy to talk to if I had an issue. The install teams were professional, efficient and friendly. Although slightly more expensive than other providers, I feel that the reliability of fast connection, how quick and easy it is to speak to someone at their local office directly over the phone and the high standard of customer service makes the slightly higher price completely worthwhile. I would definitely recommend Wessex Internet.”

“Really, really appreciate having fibre broadband but very expensive. Staff really helpful but messages were not passed on between different parts of the company. I had to make people aware of things. Hole at bordering field edge where external cable spliced to connect to house fibre cable still not filled in.”
