“My comments on LinkedIn say it all. Everything Wessex Internet have (plural because it's the people there) done has been excellent. Oh, that more companies were as good at their job as Wessex Internet. It would close down a lot of what my company does, help companies improve their customer interaction, but I am not far off retirement! Everything has been personal and targeted. We as a company and a family, because we have a subscription for our home too, do not feel like a customer number but people who can talk rationally and reasonably to other people who take ownership of an issue and do not spout legally or managment formulated drivel at us”

“The whole installation process was excellent. Initially, a 3 man team came to lay the cable up to the outside wall of our property. This was done in consultation with us in order to reach a compromise over the most suitable route. Everything was left neat and tidy. Then, 2 weeks later, another 2 man team came to bring the cable into the house and select a suitable area for the hub and power supply that would be required. Once again, the team were really polite and helpful. Finally an appointment was made to install the hubs (2 in our case) and test that the broadband was up and running, and at the correct speed. Great team, no complaints at all.”

“After a bit of a bumpy start with the installation, everything went extremely smoothly and we are very pleased with the service. It has been very reliable and the speeds have been excellent. The Asus router is very good and we’re able to get a signal throughout most of our house. It’s great having a good service especially as we’re in a very remote location and our speed before migrating to Wessex was a mere 3Mb/s!”
