“Exceptional personal service from everyone...so refreshing as most companies these days offer an impersonal automated response to phone calls and emails...nothing was too much trouble for the staff...they were so confident in their knowledge and ability to assist me they offered their names! “Other providers take note. Without exception, all members of the sales, planning, ground, garden and installation teams were efficient, polite, and engaged. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone, well done on company ethos, HR and customer training. My garden and house installation has left no nasty mess or damage. Now the most important point, of course, is the performance. Well having been used to copper at 2.5Mbits per sec, and had a 4G dongle for work I'm now ditching both - with that I save money and get a stonking 100Mbits per sec (minimum) every time I have checked (too £tight for 900Mbits per sec!). Next is the move to VoIP porting my current landline number and then I'm not only saving money every month but I get the best Internet service available. Well done. I don't give out praise like this unless it is deserved.”

“The service was very good once Rob (from Hartgrove) got involved (Apr 2023). After signing up in Jun-2020 your efforts to keep us informed as to the state of progress was very poor. I asked numerous times for updates and never received a call back or email.”

“Review as a new customer: Both the ground works team and connection team were very professional, considerate and polite, minimised disruption as far as practical. Broadband speed and coverage are above minimum guaranteed service and to date, without interruption.”

“Installation done very quickly and professionally. Internet service fast - over 100 mB/s when first set up but dropped to around 30 mB/sec several weeks later. Still much better than the 1 mB/sec we had previously.”
