Excellent infrastructure into our small village. Very amenable workforce at every stage and could be a little flexible about routing as long as I took on routing the cable inside my own home (normally they will terminate at the external wall, and my server room is in the middle of the house). Speeds are very close to advertised, about 220mbps down and 120mbps up. A little shy of the 250 advertised, but hard to complain when it's this fast. Good latency (around 10-13ms) too. Only reason for 4 stars is the install was 3 months delayed from the initial quote, and was going to be 5 months delayed had I not complained and asked to cancel. Suddenly it was in the following week! Also, no IPv6, if that matters to you (I would hope as a new network, they would be thinking to the not-too-distant future with implementing IPv6 now and not retrofitting later - time will tell). I've been with Zen Internet for years who are miles ahead of most ISPs, so I've probably been spoilt in this regard. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wessex Internet, and they're doing a great service installing this infrastructure.

We did have to wait some months between the installation of fibre to our property and actual connection to the internet but when it actually took place the connection process was straightforward and carried out efficiently. The after sales service was very friendly and responsive, ensuring that we have complete domestic coverage.

Eventually after a few missed or late appointments we had the ground works done however we still haven't had them return to fix the cable to the building...... picture attached Instillation went smoothly, Staff all polite and fibre working well

Very pleased with the work and helpful approach of the connection and installation teams - and the quality of internet connection finally provided. Our only grumble would be the very long delays - well outside the timescales promised and without any updates or communication - between first signing up and eventually receiving the service. Nonetheless, a service worth waiting for.

I am very pleased with the installation of a new Fibre connection in tricky ground conditions and also fixing an issue very quickly. The service is up and running, amazing speeds achieved compared to my previous WI wireless service. I highly recommend Wessex Internet's service.

When Graeme came round to try and sign us up, he listened and didn't push a sale; at the time we weren't in a position to swap. Once that situation changed he returned and ran through the details and signed us up. Despite a few tiny connecting delays, the customer support and connection teams have been very polite, professional and easy to liaise with. The Internet service has been speedy, so much so we had to change plan - without any hassle! All staff we have dealt with are great!

Have Had no problems at all. The system works well and I am very pleased with the installation. The engineer who installed was very helpful. Overall, I cannot fault Wessex Fibre.
