All our used handsets are refurbished - this means they are cleaned, battery tested, any faulty parts replaced and they are then given a comprehensive 12-point diagnostics test prior to being listed for sale. Our extensive presales testing means we can offer a long 12-month warranty on every single product on our website.

We also ship orders fast, this means if we get cleared payment on or before 2PM (Monday-Friday) the Tek will be posted out on the very same day free of charge by a Royal Mail tracked 24 hour service meaning it will be with you on the very next working day.

“I wasn't sure where to buy my next phone - some bad reviews for Back Market and other 'middle men' marketplaces. It seemed to boil down entirely to what the seller was like, and I didn't fancy paying a markup for Back Market as they didn't seem to do anything or indeed offer much support in the event of a warranty claim. I found this seller with seemingly excellent reviews all round. Phone was posted out the same day I ordered, arrived the following day. Phone was described as 'pristine' and indeed it is - It does appear brand new! Albeit without any box or manual. Phone is working perfectly, and can't fault it or the service.”
