The service was carried out by Ben who was exceptional, he was polite and friendly, gave me lots of advice and was very thorough in his service, nothing was too much trouble. Also need to mention Niall too in the office who guided me through the options on the service and gave terrific advice. Thanks guys I really appreciate it.”

“From start to finish we must say how impressed we were with Welsh Hot Tubs... Steve gave all the information we needed and asked for. The installation team were, very quick and a joy to have on-site!! Although our swim spa was a bit more money than some other quotes, we suspect that there's no comparison in the quality of the product and the expertise we experienced.
