“I ordered a hoodie on 7 October. It arrived on 7 November but was too small. I was asked if I wanted to return the item or order a larger size. I ordered a larger size and was told it would be sent free of charge and no need to return the original item. I was given the tracking details on 10 November and told I should receive it between 17 and 22 Nov. It arrived on 21 Nov but it was a size small again. I was told there had been a mix up with the system and the order had been sent to production and would take 3-5 business days. By 3 Dec I had not received the hoodie so I was given the tracking details on 5 Dec and on 7 Dec informed that the parcel had been returned to the depot. I was offered a refund or they would try again to send it. On 13 Dec I was again sent the tracking details and finally on 17 Dec I received the hoodie in a size large. The Customer Service was very proactive and always kept me informed of what was happening. Although the parcel kept getting lost or the wrong size was sent, I did get three hoodies for the price of one! Shame it took so long as it was a birthday present for someone but all in all it wasn't a bad service. Thank you.”

“i’m very very happy ! first parcel was lost by hermes (i’m not surprised) so after contacting customer service i was offered other delivery with different courier, parcel arrived fast and item as expected!!! staff very helpful and friendly !!! i want to thank everyone for help and sorting me out ! and i can recommend to anyone ! fantastic customer care nothing else to ask for , thank you x”

“I wouldn't give this company any stars. I ordered a T-shirt in good faith and the tracking number was invalid so I contacted Wellcoda stating that my tracking number is invalid. Wellcoda replied after 3 days and said they have refunded me in full except no refund had been made so I had to open a dispute with paypal. Wellcoda will not refund me. Weeks later I'm still without my order and no refund. Absolutely shocking.”

“Love Wellcoda hoodies had one for years and its still good not faded or cracked . This was my second order. So many different choices and such a great price I ended up getting a few . Excellent customer service and tracking of order. I Thanks wellcoda 5*”

“I am more than pleased with my experience in ordering from Wellcoda. I ordered a hoodie for my son on September 29th and was so surprised when it arrived at my door in Canada on October 18th. The quality and sizing is perfect. I will certainly recommend this company to my friends and family”

“I ordered my son 2 t shirts for Xmas and they got lost in transit and I contacted wellcoda and they were straight on it and sent replacements out within 2 days and they couldn’t apologise enough for hiccup great products great designs and quality is second to none and top notch customer service I will be buying my son more for his birth in February👍🏻”

“Great quality t shirts nice designs. Great for holidays on beach etc etc. I would say give the t shirts a go you will like them. And customer service is great they will help you out with any questions you have etc.. il be using them again.”

“I am glad, I found the Wellcoda site during surfing for new shirts. The shirts and other items have a great design and a really high quality for unbeatable prices. The shipping from Scotland to Germany is pretty fast and the contact to the teamservice is outstanding. I hope, we can go on doing biz regardless of Brexit intentions. Thank you so much and keep on going.”

“Wellcoda has really great designs for a great price, I’m so glad that I bought from them, I had no problems whatsoever. Shipping was relatively quick and what’s funny is that they wrote a letter stating that the shirt/s may smell funny, and I thought that that was cool that they admitted! Overall great company, will buy more from them soon!!”

“Second order has seemingly gone missing also, they take your money then don't send the goods, one going missing is bad enough but for the second order to go missing is absolutely disgraceful.”

“Terrible service, my hoodie has seemingly gone missing and wellcoda have done nothing about it, told me to come back to them if it doesn't arrive tomorrow, I'm half n hour away from Edinburgh and that's over 10 days and still no sign, unfortunately I've got another hoodie ordered off them, look forward to waiting weeks on this as well.”

“I purchased a hoodie of a size L as that's usually my size. After receiving the product i realized that the size L is very tight and did not want to risk it possibly get smaller by washing in the future as it would make it impossible to wear. I contacted Wellcoda customer service to exchange my hoodie for a size up. Monika, customer service assistant, was amazing in dealing with my issue and offered free replacement for size XL and said i can keep the original one to gift a friend or family member. This gesture was completely unexpected from my side and i was more than pleasantly surprised and happily accepted the offer. The new hoodie arrived few days later and it fits as i would have hoped. Great service and amazing product from Wellcoda. Please extend my gratitude to Monika and i will be back for more products in the future. Thank you.”

“Wellcoda has abused and fired all it's designers and is selling their work, that was collected for the unfair low prices. This is a fake and untrusted brand and a hypocrisy project that has no real clear direction. Feel free no to support them if you respect creative work and artists.”

“I ordered a shirt and it arrived fast and easy, from UK to California. I was pleased with the quality and design of the shirt. I would not hesitate to order additional shirts as Wellcoda has unique designs and excellent customer service. Buy with confidence as you won't be disappointed.”
