“there were little issues with drop offs. waited 40 minutes. also when returning the car. you have it written when you return to England, when landing you need to call back then I did. you brought the car 1:20 faster and left the car key. I don't think it's right. also the parking fee you would have to pay back. you are indicated that we do not pay extra for parking. in general the car received. not sure what I will continue to use your services.”

“We had to wait over an hour for someone to meet us at the airport and then on our return we were heading to level 4 and then told to go to departures. Not ideal when dragging two children with you.”

“Tricky company, even name is misleading!! They refused to refund me as I had requested a meet and greet service and when I noticed it was a drop off service and I would miss my flight if I had derived to them I cancelled, but they would not consider this into account, so I lost whole my money :(. AVOID!!”

“On time, no extra mileage on car, no damage. Said 30minutes for the car return which seemed long, but actually it was only 15minutes. So good service.”

“Not there despite call over 30 mins ahead. Waited a long time in Bay R and eventually had to leave the car. I had to pay £3 extra which was wrong. Waited 30 mins on return which was acceptable.”
