As a bigger girl, I was really nervous to go dress shopping but she never once made me feel uncomfortable about my body and this honestly meant so much to me. She helped me & my confidence so much and I ended up loving and choosing a completely different dress to what I expected and this was all down to Emmie’s expert knowledge & experience - she picked out some dresses that I’d never have tried on otherwise and I ended up saying yes to one of her picks. “Quick enough to take my deposit. Was told my deposit was transferable to the Solihull branch. But when I tried to do this it wasn’t possible as the “tills” wouldn’t allow them to? But it’s all the same company so doesn’t make sense. Now £200 down and no dress! Not good customer service and still yet to find another dress. Upset is not the word. Would avoid”

“We went to the burton store and was dealt with by Katie. She was amazing and so kind. I have a few health issues and I was quite upset and embarrassed but she was so lovely and helped me. She made sure that I was in a private room and gave me all the time in the world I was never rushed or pressured. And in the end I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!! I can’t thank them enough at the burton store. Even with a few confusions they have been so kind and generous. Would definitely recommend x”

“We went to Rotherham to Wed2be. We had chosen 5 dresses from their website. We were very disappointed with the customer service, no one dress we found on website was in stock. We left without even trying any dress as choice was so limited. We went then to Wed4less just round the corner and totally different experience: excellent service, girls made me feel very relaxed, welcomed. I tried 4 dresses and love all of them. Jayne was very supportive, helped me and my husband to be to make a choice. Brilliant place to buy a dream dress.”

“Me, my mam and maid of honour visited the Newcastle store on Saturday in search for a perfect wedding dress, from the moment we stepped in the door Linda was ready to help and made our experience so enjoyable. The value for money here is unreal, my dress was a third of the price I thought it would be! I left with the first dress I tried on and I fell in love with it instantly, I can’t wait to wear it on my big day! Linda was above and beyond accommodating to help find gowns in the right size and style for me. We mistakenly left with odd straps for the dress and we called back to explain, within half an hour Linda called me to advise she had ordered me the correct ones and to just bring the odd ones back when I collect the dress.
