“Sehr liebe und geduldige Mitarbeiterin. Ich war bereits zum 2. Mal zur Anprobe da und habe diesmal mein Kleid gefunden. Ich bin allerdings kein entscheidungsfreudiger Mensch, sodass ich meine Favoriten sicherlich 3mal hin und her gewechselt habe und auch beim Schleier sehr unsicher war. Das hat die Mitarbeiterin wirklich sehr geduldig mit gemacht und mir durch ihre Ruhe Sicherheit gegeben. Wirklich toller Service. Gewünscht hätte ich mir ein paar Getränke und Snacks für alle und auch einen Sekt zum Anstoßen nach dem Kauf. Das war leider nicht dabei. Aber gut, man muss bedenken, wir sind hier in einem Outlett. ;-)”

“As Mother of the Bride I absolutely loved being part of the whole experience with my daughter and her entourage. Amy was absolutely amazing. So thoughtful, helpful and excellent at her job.She made my daughter feel so special and nothing was too much trouble. I cried tears of happiness as my daughter said Yes to the dress'. “I went to the shop just to have an idea of what dress would suit me, but came home with the perfect dress! :) The team was great (Thanks Marijn!), we felt welcomed and they listened to all things that we disliked or liked about each dress to find 'the one'! As they don't do alterations themselves, they did give me a list of recommended ones around the area which is really helpful. Definitely recommend to visit them if you are looking for a wedding dress!”

“Olympia was very friendly and helpful in finding the right style for me. And I was very happy with the dress I purchased. However… Having visited the store on a very busy Saturday, (a couple of the staff said they hadn’t seen it this busy before) made the experience less enjoyable. There was nowhere to sit and wait, we were told not to look through the dresses until the consultation and couldn’t leave the store so maybe a toilet should be provided. My daughter in law, who was with me, said the selection of dresses in the Norwich store had been substantially reduced as well as the size of the store Overall, I think the queue system should be reviewed so the customer experience improves”

“Hinckley store had a great variety right from the beginning Mollie was amazing friendly and willing to put up with my indecisiveness. Thank you so much unfortunately when I went back she was not there and didn't get the official sale but deserved the credit. I was a little disappointed that you had to purchase a hanger (especially as it wasn't even a satin hanger just the normal wooden ones) in addition to having to purchase a bag when the dresses all seem to have a sleeve when being tried on!”

“Erg leuk geholpen. Het was steenkoud binnen. Mensen die ik mee had zeurde enorm omdat ze geen koffie kregen maar water konden tappen wat er voor zorgde dat ik als aanstaande bruid me echt niet op m'n gemak voelde dat ze het niet zo naar hun zin hadden in het begin omdat het concept goedkoop is wat natuurlijk zo is. Verder ontzettend leuk en goed geholpen erg blij met m'n jurk !”

“Ich fand die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Tipp für die Inneneinrichtung wäre noch, weniger Umkleiden und dafür mehr Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ich denke dass es sowieso schwierig ist die Umkleiden alle zu verbuchen auch aufgrund von Personalmangel bei 8 Umkleiden, so dass in jeder jemand ist aber wenn es soweit wäre hätten ja zudem nicht alle eine Sitzmöglichkeit. Deswegen könnten man ja theoretisch eine Wand mit Umkleiden entfernen und dafür mehr Sitzmöglichkeiten und eventuell kleine Tische mit Snacks und Drinks einbauen.”

“Ich habe heute mein Brautkleid in Bielefeld gefunden und wurde von Bianca und Ceyda auf dem Weg dahin gut begleitet. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Beide waren sehr authentisch und bemüht meine Interessen aufzugreifen, um das Passende zu finden. Nach kurzer Zeit hatten beide ein Gefühl dafür, welcher Stil mir zusagt. “Livia in Manchester provided us with fantastic service. She was extremely welcoming and understood what I was looking for straight away. I tried on a number of dresses and figured out what I like/dont like which is exactly what I needed. Lady on the door (we didn’t get the name) put us off completely however - being told I have to be ready to buy as soon as i try on the first dress because it will be gone as soon as i leave was unnecessary. There’s other ways of saying we only have one of each dress without coming across mega pushy and putting a lot of pressure on having to pick a dress on that visit.”
