Travel to Bristol to go this particular store, we arrived and told that we would need to come back in a hour and half as they couldn't fit us in, when I was told this store was great as you could pick dress and try on that we didn't need an appointment, this was not the case, when arriving back a hour and half later we were sent to waiting room where we ended up waiting another half hour, when sales lady came over she was polite but as looking at dresses she disappeared to sort the pervious customer that had come back to pay for a dress when her other colleague was free. The dresses were all beautiful but she only picked one style and didn't pull other style to try even through was shown a picture of a dress we would of liked to try this dress was not given to even try, it was very clear that the sales lady was ready to go home at end of day, and things were feeling a little rushed, not a pleasant experience, going to try Swindon store but I feel you need appointments so this doesn't happen or you do let ladies choose dresses to try without sales ladies help.

Too busy not personal. Paid money for dresses to then have to pay for a bag for them to be transported in & a cardboard hanger. Glad I didn't look for wedding dress here

After being told that we did not need an appointment, we arrived, waited for 10 mins in the reception area, only to be told that they were to busy for us to been seen, we weren't even offered to take a look at any dresses!!! I understand you were busy but the lady wanting to look at the dresses was a very nervous bride to frankfully honest! But no-one even bothered to stop and find out when the wedding was or to give an alternative day to return!!! We left very disappointed with an extremely deflated bride, so we will not be returning!!! 😡😡

We were assured at Bournemouth store that they have an in-house seamstress who would be able to fit the dress to size. Given that I am not a standard size it was important to me that this service would be available. It seems I have been conned by the Bournemouth team into buying a dress that didn’t fit with fake promises and assurances. I am now having to get it fitted will from a local seamstress which will cost an additional £400. Don’t be tempted by their prices if the dress doesn’t fit!

The lady who assisted me was very helpful was very nice. However I found the manager extremely rude she spoke down to her staff. She also was rude to customers. It seemed like a bullying mentality in the work place. This woman’s attitude how she was speaking to me I have never received customer service like this before. She didn’t even acknowledge my partner when he spoke to her. It has put me off coming to this establishment again and took the happiness of trying on a dress away. The woman’s name was Lena.

Schöne und günstige Kleider, im Vergleich zu anderen Brautgeschäften. ABER- Leider absolut keine Kulanz bei der Rückgabe. Ich hatte zum Kleid einen Probe-Unterrock an. Für mich erhielt ich zum Kauf danach einen neu eingepackten. Bei der Schneiderin sah das ganze allerdings komplett anders, als im Laden aus. Der Rock war viel zu kurz und passte gar nicht. Vom Kundendienst erhielt ich die Antwort, dass Umtausch nur innerhalb von 14 Tagen möglich sein. Sehr schade, da der Unterrock ja ungetragen ist, ich damit aber nichts anfangen kann. Außerdem gehe ich ja davon aus von den Verkäufer die Produkte zu bekommen, die ich auch zur Anprobe anhatte. Doppelte Kosten also für mich. Was in der Summe, den Laden leider nichtmehr so günstig macht. Schade, das Geld hätte ich gut gebrauchen können.

I recently purchased my veil and my underskirt. The veil came correctly ans is absolutely beautiful. But they sent my underskirt in the wrong size as to what I’d ordered. I ordered a S size 6-12 and received a M sizes 14-18.. My partner rang up to enquire about how I go about exchanging the underskirt. They said I would have to pay at the post office to return the underskirt and then purchase another one online and wait for wed2b to receive the returned one before I could get my refund. Even though it was there mistake and not mine, I was hoping they could have just sent out the one I actually ordered once they’d received my return. I am a little disappointed in this. However, this is my only issue with wed2b. When I went to my local store the staff were absolutely brilliant and very helpful and patient. My items from wed2b are absolutely beautiful, amazing quality and fantastic prices.

Thought it was going to be a better visit than it was at the store in Leeds. Most staff were lovely and friendly but the lady who was with us for Bridesmaid dresses was miserable and didn't seem to know anything when asked questions. We found the dresses they wanted and asked if we could order to a different store and told no has to be the one they are ordered at which is fine. I then said to my partner I'd order them online and she got rather rude and was telling me you can't order the bridesmaid dresses online which I then shown her a message I'd already received from wed2b stating you can order online and I have done that to be delivered to the Hull store. Its a bit worrying that staff don't know what you can and can't do Regards to ordering. If we hadn't found the dresses I wouldn't go back

Overall good experience and customer service was good on first visit. Nowhere near as good and personal as going to a bespoke bridal store but you get what you pay for so was expected. However i wasnt given the option to browse the dresses alone and was given a selection that I might like rather than getting to look and choose for myself, so may have missed a really nice one. I liked one but didnt want to buy on the day I had other dress shops to look at but as they are off the shelf was told they could be sold. We asked about refunds and was told 'everything' on my suspended transaction reciept was refundable so i went ahead and purchased it in case! i returned the next day and was told everything could be refunded except the box, bag and hanger! T his was £65!! SO i now have to keep a box i dont want or need when i was told it could be refunded. Would like to be contacted about this and refunded due to being mistold information, as i would not have bought the dress if not all was refunfable. I would have given 5 stars if this hadnt have happened.

Not a very good experience at all! None of the dresses I'd picked out to try on were in stock. Made to feel more of an inconvenience rather than special. Picked out 4 dresses to try on which seemed rushed and none of them were pinned or buttons done up to fit properly. Their sales pitch is quite forceful and unprofessional. There is no seamstress on site to do alterations. When I told them I was losing weight and didn't want to buy a dress that day, I was told all dresses were able to be taken in 2 dress sizes! Wasn't impressed that a new dress isn't ordered for you, you get that one, was told I could always get it dry cleaned. Who wants a wedding dress that numerous other brides have tried on! The sales assistant was miserable, whiney and once i said im not buying a dress that day we were ushered out the door rather quickly. I will be buying my wedding dress from a proper wedding boutique where I will be treated right and will get a new dress fitted and perfect for me. Don't waste your time going to Wed2Be, so unprofessional

Die Struktur in diesem Laden ist irgendwie fragwürdig. Man hat keine Chance zu äußern was einem gefällt, an Hand von den Kleidern. Man muss warten und es wird für einen ausgesucht. Die Qualität der Kleider ist auch nur der Preis wert! Das sind Welten zwischen einem richtigen Brautladen und wed2b.

This was my second time viewing dresses. And if this was my first I would have been so disappointed. The lady I saw didn’t listen to me. I told her I had weight loss surgery so worried about potentially losing more weight and she didn’t listen and kept saying I should try to lose weight to fit in a dress. (None of which I was even saying) She put hair clips a veil and extras through even though I said I didn’t want any. I felt this was a bit sneaky. As I said quite frankly, after she put them in my hair anyway when I asked her not to, that I already had a veil and I didn’t want any hair accessories. It felt disconnected and yes I did love and choose the first dress I tried on. But she checked out after that. Her opinion was too forceful on what I should wear. It was not magical like my first experience where Nic (who was amazing) helped me find my own way on the dress I should buy. All in all so disappointing. She was disconnected and she didn’t even slightly listen to anything I said. Over opinionated and trying to upswell every extra to me.

With regard to the accesories purchase, I honestly feel really misled with regard to 'storage'. We were led to believe that the bride robe and hanger were included yet when we came to the till saw it was an extortionate amount for the package and that the robe was actually 19.99 which we were not advised of. My mom was paying and we felt a bit embarrassed to question so paid and left. We were also told at the till that the box was non refundable so didn't think we could question it. And to top it off, the box is way too small for the dress. We were also given an incorrect price for the underskirt at fitting of £15 under the actual price . Don't mean to sound horrible to the young girl who helped me but I went away feeling like I'd been duped into paying 70 pounds for a box and robe i didn't particularly want rather than happy I'd found my dress.

I didn't come to buy this time I had already purchased my dressed along with everything else that I tried on however, when I came to try my underskirt I had been given a completely different one to the one I tried on so I then have to ring round to speak to someone but because of covid it was closed so I waited until it reopened and spoke to a team member who said I can exchange it no problem I didn't need my receipt as she pulled my details up on the system anyway fast forward 2 more months as I had covid and it was in my house and I kept being pinged, I was finally able to take it in 3 days ago and I have to say the lady at the till was quite rude I explained my situation and that I live right over the other side of town which is a 45 minute drive to be told I need to go and get my receipt, this then made me quite angry as I had already explained the previous lady said I didn't need my receipt as she found my details on the system again I gave her the name of who served me and I proceeded to say this isn't even my fault I wouldn't have had to come if the assistant who helped me would have got the right underskirt to which her reply was I doubt ****** would have made a mistake, well clearly she did because I didn't get the dress and accessories to try on that's what the assistant is for, after going back and forth and her saying I doubt your details will even come up as you bought the dress last year, but guess what after finally checking she printed off the receipt and you can clearly see what I had paid for and what I got were 2 different things I even pointed that out to her so she finally, reluctantly I think made the exchange. Based on this experience that is why I have given 2 stars her customer service and challenging attitude are not what a bride to be wants to be met with especially when it was their mistake.

Disappointing to say the least... the girl who helped me never smiled once, my mum and friend were never able to browse to select dresses for me, despite being the only ones in the store, and I was upsold a £30 storage bag and £5 plastic hanger that I didn't need. I did leave with my favourite dress, but in the size too small, I now need to see if it can be altered to fit as they didn't have a bigger size.. overall very sad this wasn't the happy experience I thought it would be

I would say below average service. Nothing special with anything such a glass of water never mind fizz package no "yes to dress" .... other brides and family watching on and commenting, in out £££ purely a transactional establishment...
