I have been using Web2B store at 9 Baker Street in London. On both occasions the consultants who were helping were lovely, friendly, helpful and patient. However, the main manager/ supervisor of the store was not nice, was not leaving good impression on me, my friends. You could feel that even with her own staff she wasn’t having a ‘connection’. No smile, no friendly attitude. My dress had to be transferred from different store and had to provide my bank account details over the phone (which in essence doesn’t sound right) but was not given a private space to feel comfortable while doing so. Overall, staff is great; the manager not really.

Wat een lief personeel en wat werd ik goed geholpen! Degene die mij hielp, stelde goede vragen en wist daardoor goed wat mijn wensen waren. Ik heb een prachtige jurk mee naar huis genomen. Helemaal verliefd! Wat ik jammer vond is dat de sluier die ik graag wilde niet meer op voorraad was. Ze konden hem niet meer bijbestellen, terwijl hij ook bij andere bruidjes ook zo geliefd is! Ik zou die 'als ik jullie was' wel echt opnieuw meerdere keren inslaan. In de meeste bruidszaken waar ik ben geweest hebben ze een bakje koffie voor de mensen die je mee neemt en zelfs een stukje taart als je 'jou' jurk hebt gevonden. Bij WED2B hebben ze dat niet, maar staat er een watertap. Wel een beetje karig. Voor de rest was alles prima!!

Super fijn geholpen door Juliette en haar collega's. Mijn inspiratie laten zien en uiteindelijk een jurk die zij gepakt hadden voor me meegenomen. Super geduldig en meedenkend. Geen 5 sterren omdat de wachttijd bijna 2 uur was, jammer dat ze niet op afspraak werken, maar aan de andere kant fijn dat je binnen kunt lopen.

Heel blij met de super lieve hulp van Cassie! Helemaal geslaagd met het vinden van mijn jurk 👗 schrok alleen even toen ik “nog maar 1 jurk” mocht passen. Maar gelukkig zat de jurk wel bij degene die we in de paskamer hadden.

Beautiful dresses of high standard, visited today, staff very helpful, negative points if you are visiting your best to go early i arrived at 10.30 and had to wait over an hour due to only one assistant. A booking service would probably be better due to disappointment which they do not offer, all in all a good visit for me as I found a dress which I love.

My first experience of wedding dress shopping at Wed2b! Infact it was my ever experience, never tried on wedding dress shopping prior to this. I had arranged for my bridesmaids and mum to come with me to the Milton Keynes Wed2b store. They were very welcoming to myself and my bridal party. I went on a saturday in November around midday and did not have to wait longer than 15minutes to have my trial session! The experience was different to my expectations. I had expected myself and my bridesmaids to have a look through a selection of dresses and pick out some to try on, however this was not the case. The lovely lady who served me, had asked me a few questions regarding my wedding venue, styles, colours etc and from this selected a few dresses for me to try on. The dresses selected were definitely the opposite of what I would've tried on. Which was a good and bad thing. For example I knew I did not want a super low/plunging neckline however this were majority of the dresses selected for me. So these were automatically no no's for me regardless how nice the rest of the dress was. From other reviews I have noticed some people tried on 4 dresses, however I tried on definitely around 7 or 8 dresses. Maybe because a good 4 dresses were super low and was a definite no no? But I'm not complaining! I wish I did get a chance to look at their selection myself. Found a dress that once the curtain was pulled back, my friends and mum were wow'd and I knew I absolutely loved the dress! The dress was still a little low for my liking (felt that I wasn't being listened to when I said I didn't want a low dress), however it was not as low as the other dresses I tried on. The actual dress was absolutely beautiful!!!! We was distracted by the gorgeous dress that we looked past the lowish front. The lady asked me what I thought about the selection of dresses. I am a person who usually shops around, so I was not expecting to buy a dress on that day, I was only expecting to find out the style dress that suited me. However I was too scared to let that beautiful dress go, as I thought, I'm only going to look for similar dresses at other shops, for what? for a cheaper price? for potentially a more modest neckline, but would that mean I would miss out on another feature that I really loved. So I bought my dress!!!!! Now fast forward 3 months, it is now February 2024, I am ready to look at the envelope they had given me after I paid. I open the envelope which has a list of seamstresses for alterations and my receipt. I have a look at my receipt and am shocked by what I've seen. The dress I had chose was £799. The underskirt was £99. The veil was £45 and sleeves £35. So approximately just under £1000. However the bill was just short of £1100. The list on the receipt was so long. Now looking through the receipt I am seeing charges for the storage boxes, storage bags and hangers. In all honesty they did mention something about the storage boxes after I agreed to purchase the dress, however no mention of the price, or that they will be added 2 storage boxes, 3 storage bags and 3 hangers, there was no mention of hangers. I do not need hangers as I have already got personalised hangers for my wedding day for myself and my bridesmaids. The extras added up to £109. I did consent to the storage boxes (even though I didn't know the price), but the others is actually ridiculous. They were unnecessary expenditures that I did not know about. I feel a bit cheated into this, and makes me wonder why they put the receipt into a sealed envelope on your exit. I wish I had looked at this sooner, however on their website it says they do not except returns on wedding storage boxes, bags or hangers, so I guess it makes no difference. It's such a shame that now I feel this way. So for anyone due to go wed2b, please be mindful of this.

great experience in store, tried on a variety of dresses. Sarah made me feel comfortable, listened to what dresses I wanted to try on and found me suitable dresses. Ended up buying my dream dress which I loved, so happy

Ich habe ein wundervolles, individuelles Brautkleid bei wed2be in München gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden! Es war ein schöner Tag mit meinen Mädels und die Beratung durch die liebe Stephi war wunderbar. Absolut zu empfehlen! Sie hat sich mehr Zeit als üblich genommen und ist wirklich voll auf meine Wünsche und Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Kein Druck, kein Gefühl von Eile ❤️ Danke Stephi! Ich hatte nicht mehr geglaubt das ich an diesem Tag noch ja! sage...! Zum Laden: es wirkt abschreckend das er im Einkaufszentrum liegt und beim betreten den Eindruck eines Lagerraums hinterlässt. Man muss sich schon drauf einlassen. Um die Ecke bei den Kabinen wird es dann mehr zu einem Brautladen. Die Auswahl ist angemessen, auch wenn man nie weiß was gerade lagert. Es bleibt immer spannend. Was ich mir wünschen würde, ist ein dazubuchbares Prosecco-Paket. Das Abstriche sein müssen wenn die Kleider so günstig sind ist klar, aber ich würde dafür bezahlen, mit meinen Mädels nach erfolgreichem Shopping anstoßen zu können. Das wäre noch ein tolles Gimmik. Am Eingang und im Schaufenster ein paar Tücher und Blumen, würden mich mehr einladen und wären das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Ansonsten war ich absolut zufrieden und habe mich wohl gefühlt. Die Preise sind natürlich auch unschlagbar günstig. Kein Vergleich zum nicht-outlet.
