After accepting the quote, an inspection/collection was swiftly arranged and the team arrived when they said they would. “Excellent service through out! I highly recommend this company. James was a pleasure to deal with, lots of communication, very polite, friendly, informative and professional. The offer price was very competitive and the whole process was so simple throughout. The engineer Lewis who came out, was also very polite, friendly and professional. He and his colleague did a very thorough inspection and from hearing about other companies we expecting them to try and lower the offer price but this did not happen and the agreed purchase amount was transferred into our account within 5 minutes of the call to James.
