“We were not sure of the value of our motorhome but had a rough figure in our minds. James contacted us & asked a few questions, then within a few minutes came back to us with an offer which was pretty close to the figure we had in mind. An inspection was arranged for the next day, which was ok & money was transferred to our account within a few minutes. The whole process was well managed by James. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you're thinking about selling. Many thanks James.”

“I have just sold my Motorhome to “We buy used Motorhomes” . I must admit I was a bit apprehensive in selling my Motorhome to a dealer on the phone. But the whole process was dealt with very efficiently. I initially completed the on-line form which was very easy. I then received a call from James that morning to confirm some details. I was actually in a dealership in Scotland at the time, about to discuss trading in my Motorhome. James explained the process and called me back within 10 minutes making an offer, which I accepted, as the offer was more than the Scottish dealership was offering. James then explain the process and advised that someone would come to my home confirm the details and payment would be paid immediately into my bank.On the day everything went exactly as advised. I would highly recommend selling your Motorhome to “We buy used Motorhomes” as the service is extremely professional.”

“From the moment I made the first enquiry about a valuation for my Motorhome I have received nothing but first class customer service. The valuation was very fair, and collection was agreed in 2 weeks time. Phil arrived on the agreed date checked over the Motorhome and made a phone cal back to the office and I received payment into my bank account 5 minutes later. Would highly recommend this company.”
