“AVOID! Cannot do what they say at all. Stated a quick sale (much less than market value). took 4 months. Just use a local, reliable estate agent. Very poor. Would not recommend.”

“We used we buy any homes to sell our house as we wanted a quick and easy way to sell our property. They handled all the legal fees and arranged the solicitor which was local to where we lived. Luke and his team were contactable throughout the entire process and responded to any queries quickly. They kept us informed every step of the way and offered a fair price for the house considering what work needed done to it. There were no hidden fees and no high pressure tactics to accept the offer they made us. This was the most important aspect for me as I had read several bad reviews for other companies that used such dubious tactics.”

“Its a 5 star service.I would just like to give you guys some feedback . After a couple of bad experiences with my normal agent and being let down at the last minute of the hour which was costing a ton of money each time. I contacted WE BUY ANY HOUSE .net and I have to say what a refreshing consultation I had and was assured it was a no hassle way for me to sell all 5 of my investment property's and with living in Australia would normal make selling a real pain. As I wright this review you have so far sold 4 out 5 with the 5th one under offer.I can't sing your praise enough!! well done guys "ITS TRUE" total hassle free and quick and easy. “WeBuyAnyHouse.net were great from start to finish. There are three things that stand out compared to the estate agents we've used to try to sell our property with previously. First WeBuyAnyHouse.net's communication was excellent. They have an excellent team, but it was great to have a single contact throughout, and Lucy did a great job keeping us informed. Contact with their solicitor Cassie was also excellent. Second they were upfront about the costs involved. We were warned about other companies who increase their costs as the sale progresses. “They dealt with my probate coveyancing and sale of property. Always professional and very friendly. Had a good laugh with all the staff despite my sad circumstances. Always kept in touch and were genuinly concerned about my welfare. At a time of bereavement you never know what decision is the right one to make and it’s pretty scary putting your trust in people when you at a vulnerable point in your life. “The amount of money I finally received matched my initial hopes before I had the flat valued, despite the shortened remaining period on the lease devaluing the property by over £30k.
