“This people are scammers,ripped me off,until I found someone I could trust. If you guys need a good and reliable person for website services, I advice you contact: Harrykaz405 @ gmail. Com I don't normally do this but I can vouch for him”

“Stay away, these guys are professional scammers based in Pakistan. They will make you believe anything, and after you pay them for the service they will call you everyday to try and sell you more services or make you believe that the package you bought doesn't include what you are looking for so there will be an extra payment needed! It is all a strategy from their part. Their names are made up, their phone numbers are too! There is no way you can reach them once they decided they took all the money they needed from you! Reading reviews on Trustpilot I found out that they operate their scam activities with 200+ websites!!”

“Don't use, con artists I have already added a review, but will add a update to this.Stay away. I agreed to them getting my websites back online with the transfer of domains, Web files, etc. I payed £400 to try and get my products I order already payed for. Websites went live for 2 weeks and they didn't deliver the domains to me. I had payed by credit card and raised the concern to them. I did get a refund but they wanted a wire transfer to let go of the websites and domains, when I refused they closed the sites down as they had access to everything. They are known as design dok and their is another website been set up exactly like Webdesignlabsuk. I received a email asking if had unfinished websites or a dispute with my webdesigners click a link which is the exact same layout website bit a different logo and in the USA. Stay clear guys. I still lost thousand and having to legally get my domains which should own but trusted them to pass the ownership to me. Buy your own domains and your own hosting account because if you don't you might lose everything.”

“BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY Hey guys so down hearted with this company.My story is from last june.Had 2 websites done which took to 4 months to get live.Thought the offer for 5 years security was brillant and thats what sold me to go with them.Anyway alot of hassle getting the websites over the line .I was novice to all this so put my full trust in them with getting domains ,etc.As some of the other comments i was told about the fire and the servers down as well and was told be in touch within a week we are 9 days now and no websites.I can give a update ,i managed to get someone on there online support during the week,a guy called Sam,His story is different ,he said it was a malware virus and said my websites were down due to this .But here is the best bit,had the cheeky to asked me for £430 to get them back up as it needed TLS update and Norton security scan and the code checked and offering me they would fix them if anything went wrong again and transfer the ownership of the domains to me.Sadly this a ransom and hostage take over in there part as they have everything.Sad thing is i need my domains as my advertising is all over the place and its the web and email address which are the domians. So people do your homework,i didnt and i am out £3000 and about £700 with marketing which i will have to change in time.”

“Omg omg I have literally been scammed I'm so so so upset. They have been lying to me all this time coersing me to spend more money charging me from multiple accounts. Making up things, not sending reciept verifications. I'm utterly gutted. They saved my card details without my consent this has turned into a nightmare. Didn't even have a website for 9months when I bought hosting for 5 years these people are really really ruthless BEWARE”

“You're Never Getting A Refund! Never EVER us these! I initially had my business logo created by Web Designs Labs UK but through after sales I decided to take out the social media pack back in August 2020. The next day I tried to cancel because of my own fault but was told work had already begun and I would have my first lot of social media content within 1 week..... 3 weeks later, I contacted them as I'd not heard anything (my bad I should of contacted them earlier but i'm in the early stages of a new business and very busy) and was told they had created me 2 social media accounts and lots of marketing material. I checked the social media accounts and they had been created that same day and there was a 'stock' video on one of the accounts thats it, fair enough. I then asked for a partial refund due to not being happy, no response. As my original social media pack (3 month deal with 1 month remaing and nothing done) was coming to a disappointing end after having 2 social media accounts duplicated and no marketing material generated I eventually asked for my account manager's manager! He agree'd in October to give me 6 months worth of social media marketing starting from August 2020 (so I got an extra 3 months added to my 1 month remaining). I then didnt hear anything for the rest of October and most of November after several attempts of contacting. Eventually got intouch with the Manager and was told they are working on my marketing material (So August to mid-November, nothing has been done) and agreed to weekly updates from him directly (email confirmation). I got no weekly report but work commenced in the first week of December. The marketing material was really good and I was happy with it BUT still got no weekly report. BUNCH OF COWBOYS. At this point after asking for several refunds, updates and marketing material I gave up with trying to get them to do any work so I just email them everyother day to be annoying now. 29th of December 2020 I finally got my first report, they had done 8 posts in December and i'd lost Followers, Likes, Post Reach and Engagement was down, fair enough thats social media. But since this report I have had no contact or phone calls, no more social media posts.”

“Please read all the negative reviews and believe them. I paid £1000 for a website in October and was advised it would be completed in 4 weeks max, however by February the website is still not finished and I have no access. I have been scammed but thankfully received my money back via my bank. They will make the smallest of changes take 2 days, also the jobs that were done were done poorly, such as spelling mistakes and grammatical incorrect text. I had to spoon feed them on everything, clearly the person making the site/changes was incompetent. They will also upsell to you making you think you need to pay £250 for One Signal - a SEO provider! Or £360 for Stripe! The worst blow was ringing up Nominet to find out the Domain name was never registered in my name, this meaning even from the very first day they never had any intention of handing over a website to me. It was all lies and 4 months of useless time wasting I will not get back. AVOID. It’s not based in the UK, the phone number rings out, plus the email portal they make you use no longer exists. I want to know how these people sleep at night, doing pointless work to scam people? Do they think because we want a website building we have disposable income so we are more acceptable to be scammed???? Please use a local website developer and do your research, I wish I did.”

“After doing everything I could to check if they were legitimate, I was still caught in their scam. They took my first half of the payment in July/2020 and slowly started my project. I could see that the designer was not very talented and would send minimal updates almost every week. But, with ridiculous things happening like taking a week to delete a word and move a paragraph. A simple homepage took 4-5 months!! They also changed project managers every few weeks. The new ones didn't bother reading the previous messages and moved as slowly as the previous ones, even though they always apologised and promised things would be different. After 6 months, when I had sent them ALL THE CONTENT for the website, they had done only 40% of the English version of the website. They also forced me to pay the second half early, in November, claiming they needed the money to buy a platform they hadn't foreseen they'd need to build my specific kind of website. Dec/2020 was the last I got an update from them. Ever since, when they replied my emails, they said they would send an update "within the week" or "within 4 hours". Well, that never happened. I have every little bit of information and communication documented meticulously because I could sense they were not very professional. I have receipts and even a skype call audio recorded. I have warned them that I'd take legal action if they didn't give me an update and a deadline. Unfortunately, they left me with no other option. Avoid making business with them at all costs. They are very good at lying!!”

“This company are is a big scam 5ey take your initial payment, then pressure you to buy extras that you don’t know about, then once a poor quality website is built they disappear, no contact from telephone number, direct email or what’s app. These people are horrible, despicable, robbing, scammers. I don’t wish bad on people but these I really do. PLEASE DONT USE AND GET SCAMMED”

“They built a great website recently for me and it was live for a month or two, but now it has been down for over a week and they do not resolve it nor reply to emails, calls or chat. AVOID very unreliable.”

“Hello evryone, please stay away from this company, I have spent just over 2k with them after being very please with the services they offered me when did the logo so I decided to go with a big marketing package, I got a bit lucky because I did not gave all the money upfront because all the amount was over 4k. But it has been well over two months since we started and they have done about 80% of my website but did not went live, but other that that nothing no social media, no marketing NOTHING. So at least I have my logo done for 2k LOL. Please read the rest of the reviews too see some fact about this SCAMERS!”

“They are all scammer, they toke the money and stop responding to email or phone call even when i sent them email in what's up (+44 1518080128) the message doesn't delver anymore, the salesman name Gary promised to deliver the website in 4 weeks and when i paid the fee he never response at all. i'm sure who give them 5 start here are them self, the are flooding the comments to show they have good review”
