“My experience of having our website set up was both excellent and frustrating. Once I realised that English was not the first language of my developer and that it was better to resend complete copy rather than editing it existing copy we were on to a winner! Our website is fabulous and I felt that the whole process was overseen by the account exec. For a great outcome at a very reasonable cost ElevateOM get my vote.”

“They offer one stop service and they are very responsive for all questions. If you are not familiar to computer or technology, I will highly recommend to use them as they offer different packages of service (content design, cookies and legal policy & etc). I appreciated Chris and Avinash who are both very helpful.”

“Spent thousands and website would never have worked properly and it took years of going backwards and forwards. I’ve been told by my new designer who took 4 weeks to complete. No refund given even though a member of their staff admitted over phone that it shouldn’t have been taken on in the first place as too complex for them. In talks with legal services!”

The website was complete and working as per the original specification. The work was also signed off by the client. She is now hosted on a third party server of which may be causing issues. It is rather sad to see this review as we do not agree to the reasons at all.

“Anuj from the programme development team did his best to deliver what you asked for, but there were some teething problems at the start with the sales team promising more that could be delivered. Once these things were sorted out the site did get finished but it took a lot of feedback to get things to a stage it was ready to go live. Given the cost we paid for the site, I think we did get value for money, its just took a ot of time and patience from both parties to get things sorted.”

“Chris Obinario showed excellent administive skills, keeping her level head in the heat of things and kept reassuring me when I lost my temper. It is 10/10 for her. The developer Avinash Sharma was a excellent example of a professional. He bent over to adjust the website until I was completely satisfied. His show of professionalism is unrivalled.”
