“Ordered a large Premier 2.1m Red,Blue and White Pyramid Tree. My order was taken and I received confirmation of my order. When I didn't hear anymore I rang to check. They said they would look into it. Two days later I received an Email to say that the product was out of stock and I would receive my refund in about 3/4 days. I check Webbs site and could not believe that they were still offering this product as in stocking and taking my oder which I then deleted.Is this a way of taking your money and holding on two it. I received an email from someone called Julie telling me to refresh my browser which I did and it still said it was in stock. Will definitely not use this site again.”

“We popped in for a coffee, didn’t know it was table service. We waited 15 minutes and asked if someone could take our order. We waited another 10 minutes before the waitress came to take our order. It wasn’t very busy, I asked a waitress why we can’t order at the counter, her abrupt reply was it’s since Covid. Awful service, a lot of people were complaining. Please change this, otherwise you will be losing a lot of trade.”

“Not a great experience. Items arrived poorly packaged so items were moving around inside the mailbox. 2 items were damaged. Contacted Webbs by email but no response. Won't be using them again”

“Ordered an outdoor Barometer only to find after a very quick delivery, that the product was not suitable for outdoor use. Not the fault of Webbs, but poor description by the manufacturer. Had to contact Webbs customer support and they were very helpful and immediately arranged for collection of the Barometer. Refund including delivery fees was arranged speedily, so absolutely no complaints regarding the service that I received. Thank you Webbs.”

“I ordered the most beautiful Rose called Arthur Bell, I have already got this in my garden planted it when my dad died back in 1999, WEBBS are Amazing really lovely company to deal with my Rose arrived so quickly really impressed and in perfect condition beautifully wrapped very very pleased, my purchase from WEBBS is a gift so sorry no photo yet.”

“Called into Webbs cCheltenham for lunch today and whilst my husbands fish and chips were nice he said. My Turkey sandwich which was over £10 with VAT was a rip off no choice of bread only white tasteless cheap bread, no butter on either slice so quite dry. Turkey only covered about half a slice of bread bit of stuffing and bit of cranberry sauce. My husband has had a lot of health issues and this was a treat, as pensioners rarely have cooked meal out so didn’t want to complain and spoil it for him but felt we were really ripped off with this sandwich. Since when do you not have butter in A sandwich, why no choice of bread, and not enough Turkey for a complete sandwich, if I had wanted half a dry sandwich I would have said. Will not be returning there again.”

“This site and the two hare mugs I ordered was recommended to me by a friend. A very clear and responsive website! Confirmation was given at every stage, with email alerts as to the delivery time and date. Delivery was within a couple of days. The two mugs very securely packed.”
